I find it strange people answering the OP question start by saying 'I don't have it'  .....

While I totally agree with your post but some people are smart enough to do research on reviews by others trusted on online sources without spending a dime on a product rather than have to find out the hard way and be dissappointed.

  • I don't have it, and I don't know if I will. To me, a plane that's released at full price and has received 9 patches so far in less than 3 months is simply not bearable. I've been reading about i

If you want to fly the currently most sophisticated airliner with fairly deep systems simulation, you can’t go wrong with the A350. I have it in 2024, strictly fly in VR and it’s smooth and very stable. And it’s getting better with each update. The latest even includes in-cockpit Simbrief flight-planning on the left MFD. A wonderful aircraft to sim-fly!

Except for some sounds, the 2020 version runs just as well as the 2024 version for me. No regrets buying it.

To summarise, half of 2020 users say it runs great, while the other half say it's broken.

Half of 2024 users say it runs great, while the other half says it's broken.

Inibuilds quality in a nutshell.

With Ini being an official partner of Asobo, of course they released a half baked plane for Asobo's half baked sim.

I don't fly it in 2020 because there is no smoke when touching the landing gear. I also abandoned TFDI MD-11 for the same reason. I contacted the developers back on patch 1.04, now 1.08 and they did nothing. My WASM never crashed, the buttons didn't stick like many others, but without this effect, watching replays is not fun. Even traffic planes generate smoke when landing. Well, 2024... is just a fake

For me on 2020 - A350 performs reasonable, So far have only encountered one WASM crash and other then that it is fun to fly. New patch 1.0.8 has fixed some of known issues but that does not mean it is error free. Every time inibuilds does a patch on this, it breaks something. That is the standard with inibuilds products these days - you pay them to be a beta tester for their products. This A350 had so much potential yet here we are - 3 months into release and 8 patches already with features still missing or broken.

I’ve had no flight ending issues with the A350 in 2024. I’ve done I think six 10+ hour flight so far, all of them finished fine.

i don’t have 2020 installed anymore so I can’t comment on that

I've been flying it on MSFS2020 after it was released by 2 weeks and the patches definitely improved and fixed a lot of things. I found version 1.0.7 to be the most stable and I've been able to fly for 4-5 hours without any problems.

It may not be 100% perfect yet but it's definitely a joy to learn and fly.

I do recommend you get it.

Con todos esos parches, ¿qué tan bueno es este avión ahora en MSFS2020, comparándolo con el PMDG 77X/F, por ejemplo?

They are different products. In terms of systems and fidelity, PMDG plays in a different league, as has already been mentioned here.

Compared to PMDG 777, in my opinion, the iniBuilds A350 is not even close. Especially when it comes to performance and stability. I’ve had a few crashes with the A350, the only product in MSFS 2020 for me.

The product is shelved for me since I don’t want to do a long haul flight only for the plane to crash and become unusable hours into the flight. For me, it’s just unreliable and I don’t want to waste time not knowing if the flight will be completed or not.

I love their sceneries though.

Sceneries are good, in that department I give them kudos, especially with them creating airports other developers don’t touch such as KJFK, KLAX, PHNL. Except the bumps on the runways and taxiways, avoidable though by utilizing photogrammetry.

I’m still scratching my head over the fact that we get so varying results with the A350?

Yesterday I flew the A35K in MSFS2020 from EGLL to FACT, 11:47 gate-to-gate. This was using v1.08, GSX, PSXT/AIG for traffic, latest Nvidia 576.28 - not.one.single.problem

Go figure …

That "may not work properly with PG off" standpoint is another small issue that annoys me about IniBuilds. Airport addons really should be optimised to work with PG on or off. It's almost as if they class non PG users as second class citizens.

I keep hearing the 2020 version has more issues than the 2024 version.

Not at all. There are differences between the two visually but one has to often stare long enough to notice. IMO....2024 should (could) have been a 2020 upgrade.
