January 12Jan 12 Unable to login onto their website - server overload perhaps? 😂 Edited January 12Jan 12 by CAP1234
January 12Jan 12 I logged in but when I click buy the upgrade I get a critical error page Pete Richards I've owned every version of flight simulator since Flight Simulator 3.0 in 1988. Kept trying but once I got authenticated and logged in the server keeps going “critical” any time I try to select anything. Probably gonna take a couple of hours for TDFI to crank up their servers and for initial demand to ebb. YMMV. TANSTAAFL. Blue skies, -B Edited January 12Jan 12 by btacon
January 12Jan 12 Well I still can't log in as it gives me critical error - this is reason why announcing a specific time for release is not ideal, Every person and their dog is trying to login all at the same time causing their severs to crash. Oh well I'm off to work - will probably look into this tomorrow morning hopefully by that time their servers would have recovered. Edited January 12Jan 12 by CAP1234

January 12Jan 12 Author Hi all, some key points for today: - If you already own the 2020 version, you do **not** need to re-purchase the full product, please don't - If you experienced an error during purchase or accidentally purchased the wrong package, you did **not** waste your money. Please open a ticket with us and we will get it resolved for you. - Ticket response times may be longer than usual due to ticket volumes - we're actively working on it but this is an exceptionally demanding day.
