$5 USD, the price of an actual cup of coffee at Starbucks in the US. Good on TFDI for a reasonable upgrade fee to MSFS 2024.

  • Hi all, we're happy to announce that the long-awaited Art, FS2024, and Extended Sim update for the MD-11 will release on 12JAN26 at 1600 GMT. We'll be here in Discord to chat and address anything

Well, $5 here is closer to the price of two coffees😝 After that, only three planes left before I can remove MSFS2020, but all of them are default.

Well it's always nice to see an update but that's going to make the already limited selection of liveries in flightsim.to all that much less.

At least HUES seem to be making some for this update as they've been showing previews of them over the past couple of weeks.

That's good.

I saw on the Discord that it FINALLY has hide yoke option.  I don't know how the team overlooked that feature but sooo glad to see they introduced in this update.

So, without watching two hours of video, lol, can someone that has tell me, is this finally going to include 2024 support? I am NOT going to pay for something that is 2020 only!

The video is of the 2024 version, so yes.

If you have any interest in the plane I suggest you scrub through it at least - the extended sim stuff is worth seeing in action.

That actually made me not fly it most of the time i considered it for a leg. It's SO annoying having the yoke in the way all the time.

Finally.

## MD-11 Update and Release

Hello @everyone,

The highly anticipated MD-11 Update is right around the corner, and we had the absolute privilege of working on this beautiful tri-jet. With the help , we were able to cover nearly every operator, past and present, so you will have a massive lineup of liveries available on Day One. You can download them on the TFDi [Downloads Page](https://tfdidesign.com/downloads/liveries/md11/).

To celebrate the release on Monday, we are partnering with Los Angeles ARTCC to host a group flight from [Long Beach International]

https://flightsim.to/file/1499/daugherty-field-long-beach-ca-usa-klgb (KLGB) to a destination of your choosing.
Why Long Beach? It is the historic home of the McDonnell Douglas factory! Perfect for recreating your favorite airline’s Customer Acceptance Flights.

🗓️ January 12
2300Z – 0300Z
📍 KLGB → Your choice
More details will be posted in https://discord.com/channels/1163864378890780784/1436065983482695825

We are incredibly excited about the launch of this aircraft and want to give a huge thank-you to TFDi Design for partnering with us and trusting us to work on this iconic tri-jet. We hope this is just the beginning of a long-term collaboration.
Be sure to check out their stunning [release trailer]

All the best,
Hues team
