But it doesn't really function does it? (i.e.- no cargo doors?)

The 2020 version had functional cargo doors

I expect that the new one has that too, I'm sure someone that owns it can chime in here.  I'm waiting for the -700

The default 747-8F stands pretty tall from my experience. YMMV. TANSTAAFL.

Of course it does have cargo doors. They can even be operated from the cabin with the real word cargo door panel. A feature that the Ini A300 also has.

For me it has to be following for freight:

1 - A300F from inbuilds - Has got range and capability to haul good amount of cargo. It is also RNAV compliant so flying into airports that has no ILS is advantage, It is currently on sale I think on inibuilds website - A300 is still very popular cargo machine and it is still used IRL by FedEx and UPS for domestic freight operations.

2 - PMDG 737 freighter variant - BCF variant is very cool, Uses existing 737-800 fuselage but with cargo configuration. BCF is used by various freight operators in Europe. Available as part of B738 package from PMDG.

3 - TFDI MD11, Even though IRL this bird is grounded - it is still very popular bird for hauling cargo. Workhorse for FedEx and UPS - Before grounding, FedEx used to fly these both domestically and internationally. Currently TFDI's MD11 unofficially works in 2024 however official update is in the work and expected to be released soon.

4 - PMDG 777f - When we talk about freighters we simply cannot ignore the 777 freighter, with impressive range and huge cargo capacity this is increasingly becoming a popular choice for freight operators in real world. Perfect for either short/medium or long haul flights. Don't forget to add Boris sound pack to this, really improves the immersion.

These are the ones that I fly the most for freight operations.

Looking forward to PMDG's B747-400 and B747-8 Freighters in 2024 - by the time PMDG releases, All real world operators might retire their B744 freighter fleet 😂

the default A330P2F is great.

the 747-8F is ok, but nothing amazing. The nose door works now as of SU4.

The FSS B727-200F is very nice if you're in the mood for something old-school.

PMDG 777F, no questions asked.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Thanks for all the reply. Quick question to those who own the A300-600 from inibuild, is it very different from the inibuild A310 that come with stock aircraft ?
