If you own the 2020 version, just choose the discounted-on FT purchased site. Don't choose the full pay version. At least that's what I did. I also had to sign in as customer.

Having issues at night with the v3 upgrade. When on short final, at a certain point all the lights in the aircraft go out. Can't see the runway either. Tried this with a different livery and the PMDG 737 and saw the same issue.

I think you've got some other addon conflicting.

I just installed v3 and I am having none of these issues. 

Do you mind sharing some screenshots? I cleared all my scenery indexes and made sure no duplicate sceneries where loaded or being streamed.

Have you tried flushing your shaders cache?

Not in the last month or so. Looking online, it appears several others are reporting the issue as well.

Strange this is not on Orbx yet.  They are usually pretty fast!

Only thing I can think of is the developer wants to charge $5.99 or whatever for the upgrade and Orbx has stated in the past that any FS2020 scenery purchased from them will be available free of charge for FS2024.  So perhaps some sort of issue trying to sort that out?  

I can't remember exactly what scenery's but I believe I have a few that I have purchased from Orbx and the developer made an update but Orbx never bothered.

That doesn't seem to be a universal edict.  I have Propair's KBJC in 2020 from Orbx, but moving to the 2024 version is a paid update.  But honestly, if paying a few dollars would get more of their airports into supported 2024 versions, that's a price I'd be happy to pay.  Only one of my 2020 Orbx purchases is available as a 2024 supported airport.  (Yes, I'm aware that many of them do "work" in 24, I'm talking about full support.)

Hello Gang.  I installed V3 and all seems OK except for the already reported issues.  My only question is..........how do you get the sphere to light up and do its thing?  Does it only do it at night or also during the day?  Reason for my question is that the couple times I tried it earlier it was dark.  Thanks.

I believe at the moment it's broken during the day and only works at night.

I recently bought Humberside in the UK and have weird green triangles on the runway incursion areas..I see from their forum others has suffered from this issue too and it's not been rectified.

I emailed support at Fly Tampa but heard nothing back seems they are not what they were unfortunately...

 

If anyone has similar issues and knows a fix please let me know

That seems to be an issue with SU4 when in areas with a lot of dynamic lights

I have not noticed anything wrong at FlyTampa EGNJ Humberside on my PC, apart from low resolution textures on a small tug that is parked close to Gate 1. I will have another look to see if I missed anything last time.
