This looks more like a streaming or rendering issue as your PC specs are plenty good for running MS2024. It could be just random server issue. Sometimes switching data from ON to OFF and back ON fixes the problem for me. It has happened to me only a couple of times though.

Well, your PC specs are good. Which leaves one area that is unknown - your streaming performance. I know you have a 1GB internet but I find regionality can be a real factor.  Someone in one location (such as me, fortunately for me) may have a rock solid 1GB connection that is consistent.  In another region, someone may have a 1GB connection that rarely achieves the claimed figures, that is subject to throttling and / or 'blips' and bottlenecks.  

There are people here who report that a 50Mb connection works perfectly for them, with no streaming issues.   Others have fast connections but suffer from streaming issues.

Perhaps do some exploration and investigation into exactly what your broadband connection is doing on a moment to moment basis.

Now, that may seem snarky, but in the grand scheme of things, I just can’t get worked up over what are IMHO minor problems like this. 

While you’re free to share discontent, I really believe it’d really increase your enjoyment to focus more on the improvements in the release notes.

I tend to agree with this.

From time to time, I find a few annoying scenery glitches.  But the good things far outweigh the bad things.

Life is too short to be focused on the little things so get out there and explore the beautiful, good things that MS/Asobo has given us. 

After all, you could still be flying around in FSX/P3D.

My Invidia control panel settings are default. I have never altered any setting in the control panel.

Everything i run is "In Game" settings only, no FG either. 

@JYW and @Ed_S_Pilot thank you very much for your assistance. I really appreciate it. The more I investigate, the more I realize it's connected to the streaming problems.

MS/A should implement an in-game 'connectivity meter'; which would show what the actual strength of your connection is and how compromised or reduced the graphics will be while you play.

I wasn't negating the issue. Simply I mentioned this because you gave no explanation but a picture, and that's the only thing I found to be a bit off. And yes, that's the problem with streaming services...

I used to believe that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I was mistaken and now see your point. 

 

If you're speaking generically about "issues that never get resolved" then there are a few examples, here's some from the top of my head;
METAR Bubbles - still an issue since SU7 for 2020 and affects both Sims to this day
VR Mouse logic - Still broken in certain areas since SU7 for 2020 and affects both Sims to this day
Shutdown Bug - Ignored by Martial in a Q&A just because he couldn't reproduce it, it's clearly still there in 2020 and is a massive immersion killer
AMD 9xxx Cards affected by night lighting artefacts - SU2 for 2024 now nearly a year ago, still waiting for a fix to something so blatantly obvious

There's many more examples (see Official Forums Bug Section).

To be fair, the hardest bugs to fix are those that are difficult to reproduce.  In I don't know how many flights in MSFS, I've seen this occur exactly twice and yep, it's a bummer when it happens but I can also recognize how hard this one might be to reproduce let alone fix.
