Just tried to use MSFS2024 and got a message saying something like “You are in a queue. Too many users are using the simulator at the same time.”

This is sort of inadvertent black humor. Microsoft has been justifiably bragging that they have produced a very popular flight simulator. And now they are telling us that we cannot use the simulator because there are too many users.

I'm thinking we should select a person who can login and everyone else aka "too many users" take some time off simming LOL

It was me trying to get the best score in the Mach Loop challenge 🤣, but a guy who was 2nd eventually got a better score - have to try it again, but my engines were running at such a rate that I guess the MS Servers got just tooooo hot !

Not a problem for me because I have the alternatives, they're a the distance of a click over a desktop icon - Xp12 / AEFS4 ...

The more sceptical amongst us might think a paid subscription to gain prioritised access to the server is on the horizon 🧐 I’m sure it isn’t, nothing to see here, move along.

Hmm, we are the makers of our own destiny.... we all bought this sim, even though complete logic should tell us that if you are sharing the platform across the internet, with millions of others at the same time, then clearly it's an accident waiting to happen. The more I read posts on here and the more I experience 24's little irritations, the more I feel I should have stayed with 2020.

Azure resources are subscription based, I'm pleased that MSFS is an exception (for now...?)

Did you get the 'Too Many Users' message?
