Hi Kyle and Robert, Thanks for the update guys, I am trouble shooting P3Dv3 g2d.dll errors via avsim topic : http://www.avsim.com/topic/489722-p3d-v32-33-g2ddll-error-exception-code-c0000005-exception-offset-000d7803/#entry3432642 and pmdg Ticket: 2DB-1EB4221F-0420. I have been unable to deactivate the license and raised this Ticket: 080-1F0E4CB3-043C.and got this error "Operations error: 7466 The return of the fulfillment is denied by the return policy because max return exceeded[incident#9173-8312186]" I am waiting for a manual reset of the T7 License. Hey, I've moved to the Asus ROG Hero VIII Maximus just last year and did a fresh install of everything - W10 - P3D - PMDG etc. I was running W7 on the older Mobo and upgraded from W7 to the W10 for free on the new MB. So if I were to replace Mobo again, I would definitely install my retail W7 first and attempt to upgrade to W10 and see if that works. On another note, I too am having USB issues on my Hero VIII Maximus. My USB3 DSLR Nikon D810 does not get recognized any more irrespective if I install W7 or W10. The camera works perfect on any other PC or laptop - w7 or w10.. Just not via my Hero VIII If you don't mind me asking, where were your USB issues? I need to get in touch with Asus too.. How do I go about doing that?? M

I have had to rebuild my PC, so lost all of my P3Dv2 entries since I installed P3Dv3 as a fresh install. I do have a backup of the FSGUX Folders but not the structure of how they should look in P3Dv3. Please would someone send through a snap shot of your P3Dv3 Scenery setup and I will add the folders accordingly. Thanks in advance. Mario

Guess what!! I forgot to run the Simconect installer for FSX SP2.. hence experienced all the issues.. The guys from PMDG were most helpful. All was resolved as soon as al versions of Sim-Connect were installed. Problem Resolved. Cheers, Mario

Thanks Wes, Have gone through the PMDG-737NGX Introduction.pdf till page 22 and done all the recommended steps but just can't figure out where the issue is. The whole virtual cockpit ( while I am able to pan all across it) looks like a flat image with nothing clickable. None of the key shortcuts work.. (i.e.shift + 3 to bring up the FMC for e.g) Hence can't even activate the product. Have also checked FLEXnet Licensing Service and it is set up to start automatically and is confirmed to be running.

To all thoses who have resolved the issue of a dead 737 NGX in P3Dv3 Background I had PMDG737 (Base + Expansion) and 777 (Base + Expansion) installed and working perfect in P3Dv2.6. H/w Issue A week ago, I had a motherboard issue and have had no chance to uninstall the products or access windows at all as I had to rebuild the whole system and do a fresh install. Current : At the moment all I have is P3Dv3 + SDK installed on its own SSD (D drive) Also I have only installed PMDG 737 base pack which installed fine with no errors that I could see. I then ran PMDG Operation Center which installed some updates. So I assume that everything is currrent at the time of this post. 737 Issue : When I startup P3Dv3, it loads into the choose P3D scenario setup page by default. All I do is click on change vehicle, select the PMDG 737NGX and click ok to load the sim. The Aircraft loads but its dead - I hear the engine's running but nothing is clickable. In external view, the engines are static and not rotating. Items tried. What I remember: In P3Dv2.5, when I would load the sim with a PMDG aircraft I remember seeing a message in the green bar with the words "Initiailizing Aircraft" and please wait for 20 seconds or so. I am not a Pilot but I normally disengage AP in FSX at about 1000ft agl and fly manually until touchdown. Would also depend on the aircraft type that you are flying.

Chuchu, Are you using ENB series by any chance? That caused me six month's worth of CTD's and deleting those files resoved the issue. If you fly daytime only, DX10 works fine btw. In my implementation of Flytampa , DX10, the Airport Ground polygons do not show up at night in OMDB Rebooted. that was the fix is inquired about..If Steve was addressing this as well. Cheers, Mars

I have gone back to DX9 only because I use Dubai for most of my overnight flights and the Flytampa Dubai rebooted ground textures do not work at night in DX10. Will Steve's fix help sort this issue out too? Cheers,

With the aim of not veering off the topic in this thread; Is anyone looking at converting textures of the new Flytampa OMDB rebooted which clearly deosn't like DX10. I can't see any ground textures in DX10 at night. During the day it looks very nice apart from the lights leading upto the runways at each end appearing as black boxes. I have started flying to and out of Dubai during the day only.. Any work arounds or even methods for me to try out are welcome.. Cheers, Mars

Just my 2 cents. I face issues when using the default "Multi Display performance mode" instead of "Single display Performance Mode". The latter works really well on my GTX680 GFX card. Cheers, Marz

I have Addon Converter X v1.07 which is doing a fabulous job converting FS9 aircraft textures on the fly with no FPS hit what so ever in DX10.
