By your recent screenshots looks like you're having great fun with the old lady!? Nice shots. -
You should try Chuck's Guides for DCS. Excellent stuff to start learn a new module, with plenty of images and very well organized. IMHO the best material to start your familiarization with any jet in DCS. https://www.mudspike.com/chucks-guides/

Meanwhile this one could be a good option: https://store.steampowered.com/app/882140/Reentry__An_Orbital_Simulator/

Hi nikos, regarding DCS World keep in mind that you don't have the entire world like in P3D but the Caucasus Map (for free) and Persian Gulf and the Nevada map as DLC's. If you are looking for air combat, DCS is the way to go, if you're aiming for sight seeing in military birds stay on P3D. Cheers

The Grace and Power of Sukhoi's finest...

Beautiful footage! I love the Flanker (Su-27) and the generation after him, Su-33, 30, 34, 35. They are just beautiful and death machines as well. Thanks for sharing. -

From their product page: https://captainsim.net/products/y011/y112/ "The 1011 CAPTAIN II is a port over from 32-bit version except the features marked New! We'll fix compatibility issues of the 64-bit version but no further development expected in 2019." and "COCKPIT • Functional flight deck loaded with accurate systems simulation • Adjustable flood lights New! • Panels’ backlight independent from the flood lights New! • WXR • Improved CIVA New! • Hundreds of realistic animations • High resolution textures • Aux 2D panels • Custom views EXTERIOR • Cabin with windows, interior, pax, stewardess and pilots • Hundreds of realistic animations including wing flex • Custom visual effects including volumetric lighting New! MISC FEATURES • Fuel and payload manager New! • Authentic engines sound set • ACE (Aircraft Configuration Editor) New! • Growing number of easily installable free liveries • Extensive Manual • Updater New! • Sim Ops" Almost $50 for a port over and a few lighting improvements, no thanks. At least I'd expect an upgrade price for the V3 owners. At this price I'll pass.

Hi Dominique, I don't own the L-39 but is always a good thing to clear all the default assignments in DCS before start mapping to your taste just to avoid surprises later on. Regarding controls input try a curve of 10 or 20 in your DCS controls.

AVSIM welcomes Bill Diamond to the moderating staff
