  3. than u need to send a support ticket to asobe
  4. all support tickets are done thru the oc3 since it also sends the logs of the issues as well
  5. just noticed the update in oc3 updated and cleared the wasm folder and all is good again, so don't know if it was the update or clearing of the wasm folder that fixed the issue i had with no responses with in the cock pit
  6. well neither can the ini build 350 wasm issues as well, not only related to pmdg
  7. take it you tried the following When a GSX hotfix breaks the application, it usually means the background scripting engine (Couatl) failed to restart, or your antivirus quarantined core update files. You can quickly resolve this by restarting the engine from the Windows system tray or checking your antivirus settings. [1, 2, 3] 1. Restart the Couatl Engine The most common cause of GSX going completely dark is that the Couatl64 background script failed to relaunch after the hotfix was applied. [1, 2] Minimize Microsoft Flight Simulator. Go to your Windows Taskbar and look in the bottom right corner near your clock. Click the up arrow ( ^ ) to reveal hidden system tray icons. Look for the Couatl icon (it looks like a small blue/green script or gear). Right-click the icon and click Restart. Maximize the simulator and press the GSX hotkey (usually CTRL + SHIFT + F12 or open the toolbar menu). [1, 2, 3, 4] 2. Check Antivirus Interference Hotfixes add or modify executable .exe files, which frequently triggers false positives in Windows Defender, Norton, or McAfee. [1, 2] Open your Antivirus dashboard and check the Protection/Quarantine History. Restore any recently flagged GSX or Couatl files (specifically Couatl64_MSFS2024.exe). Add your main MSFS folder and the FSDT installation directory to your antivirus Exclusion List. [1, 3] 3. Re-Run the Universal Installer If the files are corrupted, running the installer as an administrator will force a clean repair. [1] Close MSFS completely. Download and open the FSDreamTeam Universal Installer. Right-click the installer icon and select Run as Administrator. Locate GSX Pro, and click Update/Reinstall to ensure all hotfix files are properly downloaded and extracted.
  8. when you open up the aig manager there might or will be a option saying update your flight( middle right) plans this will update your installed flight planes but if you did manage to click the install option( top left) it will install all the flight planes that you havnt got loaded
  9. no issues at my end but iam only using msfs so maybe its only effecting p3d users
  10. why would you post all that for not going to get it fixed you be better off posting the logs in the fdst forum
