Concorde X

Featured Replies

For those who haven't seen it yet, there is a nice video of the Flight Sim Labs Concorde X (currently in beta) available here:

I believe it has been in beta for a couple of months now, so the release can't be far away. The SSTSIM Concorde is good, but I'm really looking forward to finally be able to fly the Concorde in FSX.

Why not read some useful tips and tricks - http://forum.avsim.n...22#entry1965722

I guess nobody asked the question: 'How Does It Perform?'. Or are you blinded by the hype and the video showing the VC?I want to see a video of it taking off and of it doing Mach 3 and it then landing at under 160 kts. Then I might buy it. Otherwise forget it.Forget the VC. I can fly without it. Or with another panel. And the hit on frames caused by that complex VC is going to disappoint a lot of simmers.CBNapamule

Mach 3 eh? That's a fast Concorde! Under 160 knots on landing? Uh right...Are you sure you have the right plane here?

Geez guys, it's not out yet. Let's give the FS-Labs folks a chance here.Throughout flightsim history, there have been many things released that had cutting edge features, developement etc.Lefteris and Andrew and Co. have made numerous mentions of the steps they have taken to make to allow Concorde X to run as smooth as possible. If you take the time to go to the FS-labs website, more screenshots, and in the Forum...a lot of questions answered. I would love to post some links to those particular areas. But, I don't choose to come across as "Advertising" for having a passion for this particular airplane, and it's release.Have Fun!Best,David
