I wouldn't lower the engine sound but increase ATC sound. We can already lower the engine sound through the FSX menu but even though you do it ATC sound is still too weakRegards

Of course you can, but then you need to change the slider everytime you fly the J41 or a nother plane afterwards...

ATC sounds belong to FSX, if you will make them lauder, they will be to loud for other aircrafts... wink.gif

Too loud!?I love to hear those Garretts SCREAM!I'm never flown in a Jetstream before so I can't attest to how loud it actually is, but doing a couple run ups in a Turbo Commander (also TPE331s) are not the most ear friendly experiences inside or outside!Poor neighbours hehePatrick Houghton

i would love to see tthe wxr radar incorporated into the panel, its the only thing that sticks out also plus one for the landing and hold mode in the fms. but i will say that imo its one of pmdg's best! if the js is anything to go by i cant wait for the ngx!

We used to have a Mu-2 come into BCB all the time when I worked here back in college. He arrived late one day while I was out fueling the football game transients, but I left my hearing protection inside because the airport is dead during game time. By the end of that, my eyes were watering from the ear-splitting pain. Never again. I always carried an extra set of disposables in my pocket from then on.

I can tell you right now that PMDG will not be developing a weather radar for any of their products. Their stance on that is pretty well known. What do you mean by "landing mode"?

One other thing I noticed today:When I switch to the "Normal Resolution" displays in the config manager, the aliasing of the main display basically STOPS!=> GreatIs there a way to provide a similar treatment for the other screens as well? This is the single reason why I'm not 100% happy flying in a "glas cockpit", because this aliasing really is annoying...Thanks!

#1 on my SP2 List is making the 'Hold" function work on the GNS-xls.But if NGX comes out before JS41 SP2, I may not even remember that I have JS41 installed, just kidding :)Thanks,Jim WarrenKPOU - PPL

Just wanted to ask if the guys from PMDG have considered our thoughts about the SP2?And if it's possible to get a ballpark figure for the release date?

Just wondering if anyone else is getting the flickering white boxes in the VC when the icing effects are on? I turn them off and the flickering stops - it is annoying.

Thats a known issue. Should be fixed with SP 2 then.

Does anyone else feel like J41 support is done, and there will be no SP2? They seem to have bigger fish to fry.
