Why did you rate PMDG that low? Because they don´t incorporate a 2D panel anymore? I thought some moths ago "if it doesn´t have a 2D, I don´t get it!" But now I´m completely changed. I don´t care about 2D anymore. if something doesn´t have a VC, I actually don´t get it. Somehow interesting how my likes have changed in the last year.Nevertheless your ratings are overall pritty the same like mine (althgough I don´t have addons from all of them). But only one additional question: Why didn´t RealAir also get A+? I like their planes for being nice and working out of the box without a single problem. And also their customer service is very good. Rob and Sean are present here on the forum and very helpful.What I consider when I plan to buy an new plane/scenery:How much will I use this plane and therefore is it worth the money?How does it look and fly (correct shape and size, good FDE)?How about the VC (Look, avionics, textures)?Do others have problems with this plane (known bugs and how to solve them, installation problems. Especially when considering Captain Sim's 707 and 727 don't have 2D panels, which the OP detracted PMDG's grade for not having.

Could be a cause of reporting about his viewpoint and experiences, not yours, Sirs. :wink:This usually happens when talking to/reading from other individuals, so don't get upset and feel free to post your constructive inputs instead of complaining about the ones given.I'm not a big fan of those ratings since they will trigger the not so constructive posters to come up and report about everything but the thread topic, as seen too in some other current threads.For the pure support based grade, some bigger names (well, who's really big in that small flight sim business?) surely have some policies which one can like, or not.For me, especially the small companies show exceptional good service while you often read 'what, there can't be a problem in our soft!' from others, maybe bigger ones.Is it worth setting up a thread like this (which, from the intention, is perfectly ok) to collect some negative bias when talking about the maybe not so good rating of those darlings? I think that's the point of the whole thing and I honestly enjoy reading about some guys getting it. :(
