There are plenty of PMDG products already out there. No one can say they are 100% on all of their aircraft. We have waited 2 years, and I'm sure when the 737 drops people will say,"where's my triple seven". Relax spring is here!
I am enjoying their aircraft. The 747 is a favourite of mine (too bad my computer can't run it too well :( )An spring? I'm in Singapore, all summer all year round here :(
The fact that you are getting offended and taking my post as a direct insult to you, tells me all that I need to know.Relax, guy.
Considering that I have really been the only one posting 'against' PMDG in the past couple of pages, I inferred it was mostly directed to me.Karan

Fair enough, although I was talking generally. You are definitely not the only person to talk negatively about PMDG.

Bingo. Some very nice videos are coming though, it'll be worth it.
Ryan,That is great news. If there is a chance that we can ask for a specific video, I would really like a video of an approach with a working HUD. Like the pictures we saw long time ago. That would be great. But every video is welcome Big%20Grin.gifRegards,Eric

I'd definitely like a video that shows off the sounds, both interior and exterior.
+1 I can't wait to hear how she sounds as well!

PMDG j41, 747-400x, 747-8i/f, NGX.......Finally!!!!

Idk about you guys, but what I really want to hear are the cockpit click sounds. There is something about the sound of a switch click or toggle sound that makes a VC that more realistic.

If you think waiting for the PMDG 737 is unique in being bereft of news other than slightly frustrating forum snippets, zip over to Dodosim and watch the tumbleweed blow past their (circa 2007) 'Coming soon' Huey announcement product page LOL. There have been quite a few pics on the hover control support forums thread about it (a 43 page epic LOL) but that is another FS aircraft which will probably be without equal that is four years since announcement and counting, so in the interim Aerosoft zipped their own Huey into the LZ of eager sales unopposed by either Charlie or Dodosim for that matter, and whilst very nice, the Aerosoft Huey probably would not have sold so many if that Dodosim one was out (does this situation remind anyone of anything?).Nevertheless, apparently the Dodo dudes are gonna show it off at some convention or other that is coming up, so like with the PMDG FSX NG, I think we might be nearly there. The point of all this is that PMDG are by no means unique in taking time and having people waiting on tenterhooks for a personal favourite aircraft to show up in virtual form when they have high standards to maintain, and in the grand scheme of things, that ain't the end of the world so long as you keep your anticipation in check.Al

I am really looking forward to the videos. There are still a few aircraft i really need to get before the NGX so i guess i am OK with the delay. Still getting to grips with the outstanding J41, going to purchase the A2A B377 and possibly the maddog.Really i think that PMDG could have handled the punters better, but what's the point in getting annoyed? I liked the way DCS rolled out the A10, a paying beta, it was useable, albeit slow from the very first release. I have been guilty of checking the forums everyday, probably like the rest of you; i have now stopped that, i check once a week; i find it has helped with the anticipation. Just my two pence worth... :(

I suspect that it will be difficult to miss it when the PMDG FSX NG comes out, so there's probably no need to haunt the forums. The news will be all over the 'net when it goes on sale.Al

You KNOW that's going to happen...I've been waiting as long as the rest for the NGX. It has been so long now it doesn't really matter to me how much longer it takes. If the iFly one comes out first, I'll ignore it just as I've ignored the other 737's. The same is true with P-51's, ignoring everyone's while waiting for the A2A Accusim version. You guys know that PMDG is the best, just chill out and keep enjoying what we've got. I have so many incredible planes in my hangar I don't even know what to fly. The NGX will just add to that list.

To all the ppl telling us we need to get lives, look in the mirror while you type your message. You're on the same forum, complaining about complainers that need to get lives.Who really needs the life? And this video...the only thing I think we would accept at this point would be a night landing from the cockpit using HUGS. :)

I never said that I don't share the same hobby as you, but I don't sit here and bi*ch and moan about a virtual add-on. I have better things to do.
