Today is the day the game has changed... finally I can see 6 pages of Wowing airsimmers, everybody is happy and looking into the bright future.Thank you PMDG for being so professional... Just recently I made (once again) the mistake of purchasing a product from other developer, just to see that it was a semi-finished-bug-full-rushed-out product which made me feel like I was robbed out of my 60$.Anyway, those videos show that the NGX has everything that I want from an FSX addon. And it looks like the long wait is coming to an end... Happy times!!!

One thing just came to mind again that has bothered me for a long time... And I know it's been asked before (in fact, I have haha :() but can't seem to remember. Any chance to get info on if the NGX will support RAAS?sig.gifOh, plus I hereby place a request for a 2D panel overhead shot, although chances to get one might be remote...? Big%20Grin.gif

What you mean are most likely one of the first they ever posted, those were early, yet spectacular WIP renderings of the OH. Since the main panel seems to be rendered in a 'flat' perspective (believe isometric is the correct wording) I wondered if the OH would be the same. Give a close look to the MCP knobs, especially also the EFIS knobs and the gear lever as well. All of them look like a perfect 'top down' view.Look at these, one and two to see the difference in perspective. Especially look at the MCP knobs in #1, and the general perspective in #2, which is more like looking up and forward, giving more of a 'pseudo'-3D impression. I would not mind at all if the OH of the NGX, in fact all its 2D panels had the flat appereance like the main panel. Makes them quite easy to use and gives a well organized look on screen IMHO. Well, after all I'm just curious. Big%20Grin.gifsig.gifOne more question again... In the take-off video, is it just me or do I see some color bleeding from the landing lights on the runway...? Either way, I hope it's just the compression or the codec. :( The lights are awesome anyways, did I already say that :(

Will NGX support Simlets (hardware from Opencockpits, GoFlight etc. etc.) for homecockpit builders ?? or is this up to the hardware developer to make the hardware support the NGX ??

I was wondering about the same question, if the NGX is going to support hardware stuff from OC or cockpitsonic, i might buy some.

PMDG,Are we able to see the "dashboard" (don't know the right word) of the NGX like Airbus X of Aerosoft has? I'm missing this in the 747X and I really hope the NGX comes with it.

I had asked this question a few months ago and Ryan said that they will release an SDK with the NGX so whoever wants to use hardware can either make the program themselves or wait for their respective company (opencockpits, etc) to make one.Regards

Best regards, happy flying,
