September 30, 201114 yr Thanks Rafal - I had little hope so duly noted and glad to hear it. Regards, Mark
September 30, 201114 yr Nice to see that some companies haven´t given up FS9. Thus of its age, FS9 is more lively than everyone could have thought of. Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h

September 30, 201114 yr Great news - very surprising as it was only a few weeks back that Umberto stated categorically that there would NOT be an FS9 version! It looks fantastic and although I already have the Cloud 9 KLAX and like it, I will still be buying this one as it will add AES support and be even better than the old version. Thanks for letting us know Rafal! A bit off topic (okay, way off topic) but talking about new sceneries, I bought the Aerosoft Gibraltar scenery last week while they were having a 20% off sale. It is amazing! Though it's a pretty minor aiport in terms of airline traffic, it is a fascinating thing to watch the ground traffic using the road that crosses the runway and to see how the author (or Oliver Pabst maybe?) has synchronized it so that the traffic barriers come down when an aircraft is getting ready to take off or land. The ground traffic is amazing - incredibly smooth and realistic... It's the kind of scenery where you get a huge amount of fun just flying around it in a chopper and sight seeing! How anyone could conclude that FS9 is a well that has run dry is beyond me. After all these years, I am adding new stuff to it every week and it just gets better and better...
October 1, 201114 yr Count me in as well...although...Umberto...if you're listening, will we be able to dial down resolutions or turn things off if we want? I never used the docking gates in the Cloud 9 version and would love to add any FPS to the static scenery rather then the dynamic (if that makes any sense).Regardless...it seems to have the new terminals which would be really cool :)Mark

October 1, 201114 yr Isn't Flightbeam's scenery only for FSX... Just like FSDT, FlightBeam released KSFO for FSX first; the release of KSFO for FS9 is expected in the very near future... DJ
October 1, 201114 yr I hope lots of people buy this product to prove to FSDT that FS9 is not yet dead! Graeme Butler
October 2, 201114 yr Who knows, perhaps FSDT decision is somehow related to poor FSX sales. 9950X3D, X870E ROG CROSSHAIR HERO, Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000, ASUS RTX 5070Ti 16GB, 9100 PRO 4TB Samsung ,990 PRO 4TB Samsung, AX1600i 1600 Watt 80 Plus Titanium ATX, ASUS 360 ARGB EXTREME 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling Kit.
