Yeah normally, posting a list does take a whole day....you are completely right. Can´t be that hard to copy and paste and put it up, or is it? I mean it´s now almost over a week that the list with features was promised and yesterday should have been the release of the SP. None of that happened. I would be VERY surprised if it does come out this week. I know that family matters do come first, but Randazzo isn´t the only one working at PMDG and someone could have posted the list. I do hope the best for you father however, Mr. Randazzo.

How hard is it for one member to take 15 minutes and give a post?? No one is whining here about not having their "toy" like everyone keeps saying. We ALL understand that the development is going to hit bumps in the road and we have all seen that for how long now. Once again though, this is what is bad on PMDG's part when it comes to this... Out of courtesy, when you give a date/time that something is going to be done and you know you can't make that date/time, they really should let us know once they start hitting that realization. Not on the day the new update is supposed to be or later even. Like now, we are a day past last weekend's promised date(Oct 20). I understand RSR had the family thing which completely and totally takes him off the hook for any of this as FAMILY DEFINITELY COMES FIRST! But, aren't there other members of the team??? Was there not someone that could have posted early to mid last week that last weekend wasn't going to be made???? To me, this is my biggest complaint. I'd rather them not mention another date ever again then have it go like it is now. Whether it's being a "kid" or not, when you give a date, it sets an expectation. It's fine if you're not going to make it but let us know once that is apparent that it's not going to happen. That's it. It's like making plans with a friend for next week. You don't wait til midnight on the night you're supposed to meet to tell them you can't make it. You tell them before then.

The last few pages of this thread got me saying in my head"Wow, some peoples kids" Relax guys!

Paul,+1 for Battlestar Galactica. But do what I did. NetFlix has the whole thing, start to finish on Demand / Streaming. So load up a flight across the pond, and use another monitor to geek out like I did.Everyone else, I hope now they don't release that stupid SP changelog . If I was a developer and read the crap in these forums about people all butthurt about a page of written words....I would just put it in the readme file and make everyone wait until it is released.

In other words it will be released when it is ready. I do not see the need for them to waste time updating folks that are just too impatient to wait. It is what it is.

Uff, the usual relax advice...the best way of relaxing is not being reading the forum and do all that things that you recommend: life, kids, cinema.... I absolutely do not care too much about an SP1, I'm having no issues with the NGX since the original RTM release. Do I've been lucky? I'm a bit unhappy only for the absence of the SDK. I consider NGX the best aircraft I've ever owned in my FS9/FSX experience, but I'm irritated by the lack of a FO. I'm so addicted to FS2Crew that it seems totally unrealistic to fly such a complex aircraft "alone"! So, I would say to PMDG take all your time but please don't forget the SDK!!!!!!

Guys, if they don't create this list then I don't care. The time the developers got is very limited, expecially under the current circumstances, and so I'd prefer it if they invest their time in creating this servicepack and the 600/700 extension than having them creating a list with the contents of the service pack.

The list of fixes must already exist within PMDG and it shouldn't take very long to post some or all of that list in the forum. I'm very interested in the list to have an idea of how much to expect from SP1, and maybe see what we already have in hotfix 4. Kevin Hall

Yep, the usual bickering back and forth between the "disappointed's" and the "relaxers".It's been two weeks....relax and get a life....but it's been two weeks and no update....get a life.... blah blah blah....blah blah. If PMDG would stop giving us calendar dates that they never follow through with none of this would be an issue.And obviously it's an issue since so many people are arguing in this thread. PMDG needs a dedicated PR representative (something that will never happen), and they need to STOP telling us dates they can't deliver on.If you know 100% that you CAN'T do what you say you will on the date you say it will be done, then you have zero business giving us a date in the first place.All it does is create expectations no matter how many times you write (subject to change). Writing "still working on this...we're close!" is mildly less annoying then seeing "I'll update you later this week" and two weeks later there's no update.It's annoying and it's unfair to PMDG's customers. To all the "relaxers" that will inevitably comment, flame this all you want. Doesn't change the fact that PR is missing and is desperately needed.

Exactly which part of Robert's post that opened this thread did you get that impression from? As I, and I'd assume most of the rest of us understood, the date was pushed due mainly to an unexpected crisis. Lighten up dude... you're treating a bunch of guys like they're a Fortune 500 company... many of them have other work outside of PMDG, not to mention lives.
