February 24, 201214 yr I've only had it for a week (beta) but I would be very much amazed if it didn't get an Avsim Gold Star Award. Along with my beloved Turbine Duke, perhaps the best GA in my hangar. I've rarely seen such realistic flight modeling. And the cockpit is simply gorgeous...I just wished it had "Lotus" lightsShe's a must have if you are into high quality addons and you can't go wrong with Flight1's return policy. February 24, 201214 yr I've been involved with the Beta for many months and it's the most flown aircraft in my hangar, bar none. Lot's of attention to detail inregards to the flight model and the graphics. It's truly a labor of love for the developer. Highly recommended. Alexander Alonso
February 24, 201214 yr I've been flying the beta for a few months and I haven't flown any other GA anymore. It's the best. I only fly the PMDG 737NGX and the Bay Tower RV-7a. I don't need any other planes anymore. The RV-7 flies great, looks great, has a perfect and very complete set of options. Support is outstanding. In short: get it. :( Edited February 24, 201214 yr by J van E
February 24, 201214 yr Highly recommended.I've had the pleasure of participating in the beta and watching the aircraft go from 90% perfect to 99.9%, gold star material for sure!It is the ideal plane for me: Two seater with IFR instrumentation, best ever RXP GNS integration (3d with animated buttons..),lots of power so I can go places, and fantastic visibility with the bubble canopy... first class all the way! This is now my favorite plane. :( Edited February 24, 201214 yr by Bert Pieke Bert
February 24, 201214 yr How does it work with RXP GNS430W? During beta there was a problem with clickspots? Did that get resolved? | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
February 24, 201214 yr Ryan, I assume you mean 530W... Yes, the final version has the clickspots fully workingin the virtual cockpit without the need for any FSUIPC assignments. Bert
February 24, 201214 yr based on what I've been hearing, this little lady sounds like the perfect GA to add to my hangar! Happy Flying! intel i5 2320 @ 3GHz ~ XFX HD7870 2GB Dual ~ 6 GB Ram DDR3 ~ 64GB SSD ~ 500GB HD ~ TR2 600W Thermaltake PSU ~ Saitek X45

February 24, 201214 yr Just gave the final version a try (I have flown a few beta's but didn't really fly the latest beta) and I see the developer really made this bird perfect! Little things as the ignition key being at the left when the plane is cold and dark, big things like the VC-colors, which now are spot on, the reflection on the window is nice and very subtle (I think I won't be using my edited 100% transparent window anymore like I did with the beta's), the speeds are great and you really can get the most out of the plane now... all in all, as Bert already said, this plane has gone from 90% perfect to 99.9% now! I would have given it 100% if the ignitionkey could have been taken out... :( This plane is stunning.BTW I didn't check the latest beta out that much (Danny only asked me to check the colors, which I did and which are awesome now), but I did notice the final release has a different file size (small difference) and it's called v01-06-08 instead of v0-06-08, so it might be worth downloading it even if you had the latest beta (v0-06-08). There may be little differences between the versions!
February 24, 201214 yr Phenomenal. It has the "it" factor. Great visibility. Great handling. Can do slow. Can do FAST. Can do acro. Graphics are top notch. And it's simple to operate. Edited February 24, 201214 yr by gtrbarbarian Cheers, Jonathan
