Looking at your specs, you have a laptop. Maybe that's an issue. Were your previous computers also laptops?

OK then I give up. I'm sorry for you that it happens. Good luck!

Some of you are really rich!!! :LMAO: iPad, laptop, etc...

Why Not???

You look at the flight deck of a Boeing and an Airbus their are many systems running. By using a desktop with a laptop or Ipad...etc you are able to expand your home flight deck to include more of these systems. IE

Desktop running FSX with an Ipad running the FMC

Desktop running FSX with Laptop running FlightSim Commander, the Laptop also becomes your library of charts

Their are unlimited possibilities to expand your home experience.

OR Maybe you just want to do what these guys do in the real world:

I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

Fullscreen mode only. I'm already giving up enough vertical view with a widescreen display.

Full screen for me, my flights are no longer than an hour of sightseeing.

I have no desire to take a long flight with autopilot and do absolutely nothing mine as well exit FSX.

id like to run fsx in full screen, but having fscommander and whatever else on that second monitor is REALLY nice...and for some reason FSX in full screen (for me at least) really doesnt like doing the alt tab thing, it does just fine with alt-tab in windowed mode though. Anyone else have a similar issue?

Tramps like us, baby we were born to run......

If only! Just%20Kidding.gif

My second PC is almost 4 years old and was used first for FS9 and later on FSX until I bought my FSX computer last summer.

Joel Murray @ CYVR (actually, somewhere about halfway between CYNJ and CZBB)

I run it fullscreen because I paid $1,000 for a 40inch LED TV for a computer monitor and I'm using every darn inch of it. :)

+1. Envious....... and I would too!!!!!

Windowed at the moment.

Will purchase a laptop during the next couple of weeks in order to be able to run in full screen.

Full screen always, the sim just looks better IMHO.

And I get marginally better FPS in full screen.

ALt + ENTER always works for me with one big exception.

When in multiplayer mode it results in black screen every time,

Strange innit.?

but not a big problem......

As I use TS3 for in flight comms, the laptop runs that. as well as charts etc

Cheers

AFAIK, FSX runs better in full screen. I also personally think that it's better without the windows toolbar.

Thanks,
