Milviz B55 might be available really soon

90 for me-ground effect till blue line..

Interesting technique. Please clarify, do you mean you delay rotation until blue line or that you rotate at red line but make your initial climb shallow enough so that by the time you leave ground effect you are at blue line or higher?

BTW: for those curious, we are talking about techniques in flying the real world airplanes here, not FSX.

Plane always wanted to lift off below redline. I'd hold it to 90-let it come off(or jump off-except high gross weight/density altitude it jumped)-then level off in ground effect to blue line. (about 1 second). Gear up and commited at that point-any problem before then power off and land.

WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!

It's a manual panel edit.

Everything works with the Milviz 3d panel except the outer dials. For these I click on the screen to popup the 2D.

Someone else posted their config above, otherwise I can give you mine if you have the 530 only (i left default 430 in the panel)

RealityXP Garmin integration. Dials not working is not good.

Maybe it will be fixed in the Service Pack?

Indeed. I would prefer a completely blank spot to install a 2d (but fully working) Reality XP gauge.

That we will do. At the least. as far as having the knobs work, we are looking into this but, we do not usually support 3rd party software...

Ardix, did you notice that there is a switch underneath the radio stack which switches between the 3D bezel with the RXP gauge underneath and the normal, original 2D RXP gauges (with a slightly different placement of the transponder and the A/P)? Give it a try, it works on the fly! One more fantastic feature of this outstanding add on!

Thanks Mik! So I can use this feature just when I have to operate the units.

In post #15 you sad:

"What i said was they will not be 3D. They will, however, work as they do in the 310. "

So, I do not have the 310 but I assumed all worked .. including basic knobs.

it will be fixed in the SP so that you can do what you wish on a "radio free" panel. Like the 310. No guarantees about the 3d knobs but we will look at this, Again, it needs to be stressed that we DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR 3RD PARTY GAUGES. That includes knob placement etc.

For now, you can use them as 2D popups I believe.

The SP will be started once a week has gone by and will be released shortly thereafter. Should we go past 30 days from release, and you're still not happy after we release the SP, I will offer you a money back on the product.

That should put this "bug" to rest.

The FSX configuration menu sound dropdown allows the adjustments of sound levels for environment, cockpit and engine sounds

Hi Chuck, thanks! I've experimented with the sliders (I'm in P3D btw) but I can't figure out which slider controls that particular sound. Again, I would rather turn that particular sound off than lower all environmental sounds just to get rid of it, if you know what I mean :-)

Aren't all the light switches in the reverse position? ie you move the switch up to the OFF position to turn the light on.

Go into the sound folder , open the cfg in notepad and change the max volume setting lower, 6000 would be half its current level

What are people getting for frames? Im getting 25 fps on the ground in most areas where in the ngx im getting a steady 30. Seems very heavy on frames. Had this same issue with the c310.

Down is off; Up is on.

Interesting and not at all what I wanted to hear! The C310 was a real pig on my system and I had to get the refund. I was really hoping this one would be better.
