October 20, 201213 yr Hi All Title says it all really. I'm looking for a kick the tires, light the fires sort of plane. I've d/l'd the Just Flight (since it's free). Left me a bit 'meh', even when you consider that I'm happy to bash around in the CLS MD-81/82. The options I see are either CS, but I have my doubts about them and glass cockpits (again, happy to bash about in their 707 & 727) or the QW one. Am I missing any, and what opinions are out there? Cheers Mike Mike Dryden
October 20, 201213 yr I would recommend the QW's 757. You got all the variations with it, even if it is not 100% but it is better than CS, I only had problem with their 757 and did not like the model either. QW is newer and a bit fresher as well. Pontus Emanuelsson "You win again gravity!"
October 20, 201213 yr I only have the QW one, but I can really recommend it. You'll get all variants there are for in one package instead of having to buy three different ones. It's not hard on FPS on my system, so I guess you will not have any problems, either. Regards, Flo Florian
October 20, 201213 yr Commercial Member I have both and I recommend QW one. To me it's flight dynamics seem to be more believable, cockpit and especially gauges look better than in CS which looks kind of toyish, and soundset is totally superior. And indeed it's also cheaper as you get all variations in one package instead of having to pay individually for 757-300 and 757 cargo models.
October 20, 201213 yr Get the level D 757 Serious note, I'd recommend getting the QWsim 757. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Chris Ferguson PC Specs(Rebuilt 1/11/19): i7-9700K - Non-OC'd, EVGA RTX 2080ti, G.Skillz 16GB Ram 3000mhz, EVGA SuperNOVA 1000w PSU, Cooler Master ML360R, ASRock Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo, 2x 2TB HDD, 1x 1TB Samsung EVO SSD, 1x 220GB WD SSD
October 20, 201213 yr I only have the CS one, and I do not recommend it. This is my feeling as well. Even tho I fly it every now and then vatsim s3
October 20, 201213 yr I only have the CS 757, and although it looks alright and has a pretty good VC, the systems modelling is crap in my eyes and the flight dynamics feel like a toy. Plus you have to wait for then separately buy the other models of the aircraft (753, 75F). FS2004 Forever

Cheers Mike I use the QW757 as my go-to bird whenever possible. It's efficient, looks & sounds great, flies great, and while sure it doesn't sport the most indepth simulation for buttons & systems it gets the basics pretty well and I love the short runway need the 200 has. Since it's easier on frames than the NGX I can use it in any terminal and stay over 20 frames easily, even in ORBX territories in big terminals. Everywhere else it's locked in at 25 and up. October 20, 201213 yr Not that you need it at this point, but I submit another +1 for the QW 7-5, all of the above is true! Regards,Kyle
October 20, 201213 yr Quality Wings all the way! I have the JF one, and it pretty much sucks, its like a default aircraft, just with a different skin and an FMC for show (it doesn't do anything.) ORBX- the way to go Sincerely, John McGee
October 20, 201213 yr No question in my mind the QW757, plus the QWPAS is a nice feature Never buying a CS product again ( Just got the CS 767 and its just awful ) Stephen Asus Z170 Deluxe, 32 GB DDR4 Dominator Platinum, i7 6700k mild overclock, GTX Titan ( Pascal ) Win10
October 20, 201213 yr I keep coming back to the QW 757 but every time I have the same issue in that it always overspeeds during the climb. Tried VNAV and FL Change but the speed just keeps increasing with both. So its back to CS for now. Asus Maximus Hero XI , i7-8086, 16 Gb RAM, nVidia GTX 1080 ti
October 20, 201213 yr I have both CS and QW and i fly QW. CS's plane while having more features is one of the most problematic CS planes, avoid (at least until 5.0 comes out, who knows...). October 20, 201213 yr I like the QW757 as well, but there are some flaws in advanced AFDS logic particularly with regard to Vertical Navigation. I recall some discussion among the development team that the product would utilize the default AFDS as opposed to a rewrite. Feel free to correct me on this but it's what I remember reading. I have not heard definitively that the LDS757 has been cancelled so of course I would advise keeping an eye skyward for it. Ryan Kelly
