Robert,

The update is great and the SS look stunning. Thank you.

Could I ask you Robert,

The NGX was very late coming out as you said you made it a module for the T7, 747v2 etc. You did not give any release dates but went into depth explaining that the new module build would bring the product build time down to around 6 months and suggested that the 747v2 would again only take around 6 months.

Given the T7 is going to be around 2 years from the NGX release, is it unreasonable to ask what happened to the module build and built times as you said the NGX was to form this module so build time would not be years but months.

What happened? and given what's happened to the T7 is it unreasonable or unrealistic for us waiting supporters/customers of yours to expect another wait of around 2 years for the 747v2?

Well it takes 9 months on average for a baby to develop and we all know how immensely complicated the human body is. So for the 777 to have taken 2years....well.....I'd rather be a biology specialist surgeon than a software developer

Hm yes, just wondering what projects PMDG have after the 777..

hint hint....737 ngx cockpit builders edition ....?

All it needs is someone to program the panels to display over a network.....is that too much to ask? :)

Naughty naughty! :Shame On You:

:p0816: please explain?  I said nice pics but no EFB.  Every other payware 777 comes with an EFB that accepts .pdf Airport charts.  It would have been nice to include it. :good:

Top notch work as usual from the PMDG team, the virtual skies are about to be filled with T7's!

If I may say so,your KIAD is the PMDG of aiports, and will probably be used for my maiden flight.

We've been over this....

They wont include an EFB on initial release because they want the bestest highest quality and everyone wants it ASAP and not have to wait an extra few months for just the base to come out if it means implementing one extra part of it.

Can you clarify what it is you're talking about with this? I looked back at our survey photos and I don't see any obvious differences between the sim and the real aircraft there.

To clarify, on the lower pedestal all of the red emergency switch guards. They are supposed to have shear wire on them to prevent accidental activation...thats what the little hole on the front is for, there is also a little hole on the panel portion. The shear wire should go from the pedestal up through the red guard then twisted three times and pigtailed and trimmed. Its the military... Its just something we notice.

I'm not aware of too many 777s for FSX ...

The Wilco 777 doesn't have an EFB, that's for sure!

And in order to watch pdf charts: Well, Acrobat Reader is for free ...

What happened to AVSIM

The *other company's* T7 does not have an EFB that reads PDF files..
It is a picture viewer, nothing more..
So you have to make screenshots of every PDF page of the dep and arr airport on every flight you do.

That's just stupid.

And adding to everything was said above, the EFB its much more that a chart viewer. If they can't make it right they won't do it.

Have you put some sort of PA system into the aircraft too?

I was just looking at picture #4 and noticed in the center pedestal, on the FMC 'Cabin Interphone'. Could you explain that, or will we have to wait and see in the coming weeks?
