August 17, 201312 yr So far every flight has ended with either a fatal error total FSX crash when changing/clicking between 2D pop up screens or the G1000 PFD and MFD shuts down suddenly and won't turn back on. I'll wait to see what support says...I installed it correctly as recommended. May have to return this one.
August 17, 201312 yr I really with they would make an Analog Panel for this King Air... I have no fun flying a G1000, just not for me, but the King is an amazing plane! Alexis Mefano
August 17, 201312 yr Man I am loving this aircraft. Total immersion and very easy on my ancient E6600 system.
August 17, 201312 yr Not much support when I had it good luck That's hard to believe. I've never seen a support post go unanswered on their KA site since buying it, and I bought it on the first day. They usually responsed within hours.... One fantastic plane, a real joy to fly..... Cheers Martin
August 18, 201312 yr Not much support when I had it good luck I'm really curious why you say "not much support ... good luck" ? It appears you requested support 8 days ago regarding 4 issues you were experiencing. Within 8 hours the developer responded by admitting one issue had been reported before and was being looked in to. One issue inquired as to why the B200 had improper handling when you were trying to do "donuts" in the parking lot. Another issue actually claimed blurry distant ground textures as seen from the a/c. How on earth can this issue have something related to a bug in the aircraft ?? You made no further public post regarding your issues and since you said you no longer have the F1 B200, may I assume you obtained a full 100% refund ?? Now I ask you again --- what part of this scenario leads you to believe .... "NOT MUCH SUPPORT , GOOD LUCK "? Quote
August 18, 201312 yr He didn't say he was doing donuts... He said the plane was turning and he felt like he was doing donuts because of his taxi issue... Anyway I did try to suggest he continue with the product a few posts above. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
August 18, 201312 yr I made no further posts due to the answers I got - they are not seeing these issues I had, to me they couldn't be bothered so be it end of story. Rich Sennett

I had a very satisfying flight tonight. KFHR to KGEG. 295 knots TAS nice transition to RWY 21 and NO problems with any aspect of the flight. A very nice plane, IMHO. I'm an F1 B200 fan for sure. Kdub
August 18, 201312 yr Flight1 = $60, Carenado = $40. Is this worth the higher price? I think so, yes. The G1000 is quite well simulated (lightyears ahead of Carenado's G1000), the FDE "feel" is fantastic, the beta range is extremely well simulated.
August 18, 201312 yr Flight1 = $60, Carenado = $40. Is this worth the higher price? Full disclaimer: I don't own the Carenado B200. I DO own the Carenado C90. Flight1's B200 is a MUCH MUCH more complete simulation of the King Air(s). That said, with features come complexity, both in setup and use. Support for download, install, and initialization are very specific. And, more rigorous than for some other add-ons. Not quite as tough as the VRS Superbug, but close. In the past, I've said if I could only have 1 airplane in FSX, it would be the Aerosoft Bronco. With the Flight1 B200 in my hangar, this is a way more difficult decision. All the best with your decision. My MSFS 2020 repaints: Flightsim.to - Profile of HStreet Working on MSFS 2024 versions.
