July 16, 201312 yr Commercial Member Captains- Over the next couple of days we are going to be taking some servers offline in order to accomplish some mirroring and establishing redundancy for the upcoming release of the 777. In the past when we have taken servers offline, it has created hyperventilation that we might be about to release.... We are NOT releasing the 777 right now- so there is no need to panic! July 16, 201312 yr Rob is doing this just to mess with us......hahahahaha Robert.....not sure if you're ever seen this, but there's an old Far Side comic where the 2 pilots are in the flight deck, and one of them (speaking to the passengers) says "well, folks, it looks like we're coming up on some turbulence"....the pilots, then turn the yokes to the left.....to the right...while laughing....obviously they are causing the turbulence themselves. (by the way.....my all-time favorite Far Side comic was the one where you see a side view of the plane in the air. The passengers have looks of utter terror on their faces. One of the pilots is talking, and the caption is "The fuel light's on, Frank....We're all gonna die!!!.....oh, wait...my mistake. That's the intercom light) Ron Priever
