Need a good GA bush plane that can land/take-off on water

Can you guys recommend some. Looking for the best overall. Graphic detail and quality is my priority followed by everything else. I want something pretty modern with glass cockpit if possible.

Thanks!

I think the Lionheart Studios Quest Kodiak has float capability. And the new Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended will have a float model soon enough, as they are still developing it.

Carenado C185 - comes with tundra, floats and amphib models.

I would also choose the Lionheart Quest Kodiak and Carenado C-206; it comes just like the 185. All of these would have traditional steam gauges, though.

I think someone's making a 172 with the Garmin 1000; surprisingly, that would make a good one, too.

If it has tho be a glass cockpit, the LionHeart Quest Kodiak will be what you want. If you don't mind steam gauges, you could try the default Goose with the Aussiex Redux package, or if you want something smaller the C185.

Carenado C-206

But it doesn't have a model on floats(and the OP wants a plane to land/take off on water), which is a real pity.

Wow, that LionHeart Quest Kodiak looks amazing! Definitely want to get that. :) She's a beauty.

I think he's talking about the older c206 from carenado, but your right CT206H which was just released only has wheels.

Good old Grumman Goose is also nice amphibian capability plane which suits beautifully for flying in, for example, ORBX PNW. For goose there is amazing OZx Goose HD Redux and the best thing is that it is completely free, so there is nothing to lose with it. It is hugely improved from the default, inside out, including flight mechanics. I agree that Lionheart's Kodiak is also great option for more modern turboprop.

+1

Surprised that nobody has mentioned the superb Aerosoft DHC2 Beaver yet.  Floats, wheels, tundra tyres, amphib, skis - a great looking model of an aircraft that can get in & out of just about anywhere.

Since he asked for "glass if possible" the beaver doesn't really fit the bill.

In my mind I just can't equate "Bush Plane" with "Glass Cockpit"!!   ^_^

Silly me, I should read more carefully before typing -_-  - I read too fast and confused it with the C208 Caravan, which has never been relelased as a float/amphibian plane for FSX. Thanks for correcting me!

Nor do I but that's what the man asked for hehe.
