I'm not going to reply to you again, just because I don't think it's particularly fair on Milviz and the thread - but your last few posts on here have been obvious attempts at flaming and borderline unnecessary. I'm only watching this thread as a potential customer and was genuinely hoping steering you in the right direction to getting a refund would stop the way you were derailing the thread with the complaining, impatience and silly remarks directed at other posters.

The issue is mine and mine alone to deal with apparently;  you guys can be totally brutal.

I love it how I have to sort through so much garbage (sp2 debate) just to get a little bit of information about the op's topic.

+1 I'm on page 8 on my phone and nothing but garbage posts. Maybe one or two that talk about the aircraft.

Todd, in all fairness if you won't explain what has you worked up how can you expect anything less than what you have seen in replies so far? While I have not had a purchase from Flight 1 to date where I sought a refund I have needed to re-aquire keys from time-to-time, and I never had an issue.

You might actually get some help if you would be straight up with what your problem is.

I already have, and it got me nothing but admonishment!  As unintended as it may be, sorry to anyone I have offended.  Flightsim to me is more than cockpit operations and procedures; it is a link to my childhood. So sue me if I wish to swap an exterior model for something more familiar, it is no disrespect intended towards the developer.  I just want what "feels" right to me.
