August 28, 201312 yr Downloaded OK - tremondous learning curve for my years but quite willing to learn something new everyday. Perfect install and eveything is so quick and sharp. Good luck all Denis B
August 28, 201312 yr Anyone know how to create sub-routes? There are couple of "valid" direct to routes missing and PFPX creates a longer than needed route. Case in point: KPDX to KFAT. PFPX doesn't know that LIN DCT CZQ is allowed. Trying to find a way to add this. EDIT: Found it! It was under airway editor and not under route editor. Probably a silly question, but have you downloaded and installed the latest Navigraph Airac? Does it come with the latest Airac? Dennis Trawick Screen Shot Forum Rules
August 28, 201312 yr Does it come with the latest Airac? It comes with 1302. When I first tried to update it to 1309, I pointed NavdataPro to a wrong folder. PFPX searches the Navadata from "All Users" documets folder. Having said that, the direct routes do not seem to be part of the Navdata. August 28, 201312 yr Been playing with it for a little bit. The autoroute function gives some pretty bogus routes within Canada. Ie CYYT to CYYC. I guess it's better to just build my own route.
August 28, 201312 yr A simple and sincere question: For someone that has both FSBuild and FSCommander (and rarely uses them -> only for aircraft that have INS (A300 and Concorde), what has PFPX has to offer? Especially with the very high price of €50;
August 28, 201312 yr For me, it's very frustrating that there are very realistic addons like NGX or the upcoming 777, and I don't have any platform over the Internet to see the complete and real Flight Plans of the real life. Yes, Flightaware but not in Europe. I think we need a real world database is FP. Enviado desde mi iPhone 5 con Tapatalk 2 José Fco. August 28, 201312 yr Downloaded fine, installed fine, activated fine, integrated with TOPCAT (once downloaded the latest version) fine. Only issue I had was with Navdatapro pointing the AIRAC to the wrong folder as has been stated above, easily fixed. First impressions are a very good. Pretty much everything I need is now in the one program. Generating a flight plan can be as easy or as detailed as you want ti to be. I created my first flight plan literally in a few minutes using the "action button".

I am not entirely sure whether the VRoute flightplans are all autenthic - I don't have reason to doubt it either - but they work mighty fine for me. Then again, if you have VRoute you perhaps doesn't need PFPX... Krister LindénEFMA, Finland------------------
August 28, 201312 yr Does anyone know how to force the flight router finder to use NAT tracks? Per default it doesn't do it at least for me. Krister LindénEFMA, Finland------------------
August 28, 201312 yr Does anyone know how to force the flight router finder to use NAT tracks? Per default it doesn't do it at least for me. Not too sure. I tried to create a flight earlier from EGKK to KTPA and it did as you said, not use any tracks. Then I clicked on the tracks on the map then cleared the route and recalculated it and it included NATA within the new plan. Not sure why it decided to use it that time though. Gavin Price
August 28, 201312 yr At last, managed to get it activated. Looks good and works okay so far. Despite creating a plan and exporting it to the Airbus Extended folder, in the AXE FMS it still does not show that exported plan. Anyone else using the AXE encountered that? Rick Almeida
August 28, 201312 yr I'm wondering how the fuel burn profiles are for the various aircraft. That's pretty much all I'd use one of these utilities for - to find exactly how much fuel to take, and an optimized cruise altitude. FSBuild has worked fine for this mostly, but for some of the aircraft it will spit out some wacky numbers. I don't really need the flight planning utilities though. I use sky vector (already has winds aloft, sigmets, turb, TFRs, Wx and such on there already), and input the route manually in the FMC.
