September 8, 201312 yr I am certain I have opened a can of worms...take your shots at me. Curious here. I own LevelD 767 and love flying it. What does $90US get me that I do not have in the 767? if it is just sharper visuals, brakes that turn red and other eye candy differences I will keep my wallet closed. I realize the 767 is old and that PMDG is by far the most revered add on developer in the world. I should say I do own the J41 and enjoy it greatly. I should add that I fly on Vatsim and have no interest in 12 hour unattended flights overnight to return in to my computer in the morning. Dave
September 8, 201312 yr I'm going to stop reading the posts on here, they seem to be getting sillier by the day! I think the World really is going mad. September 8, 201312 yr Author Silly? Really? $90 is not chump change in my world. Maybe you have money trees in your yard. Must be nice. I asked a question. You did not have to be rude in your useless response.
September 8, 201312 yr What does $90US get me that I do not have in the 767? The ability to fly New York to Hong Kong with a decent payload? Captain Kevin Air Kevin 124 heavy, wind calm, runway 4 left, cleared for take-off. Live streams of my flights here.
September 8, 201312 yr I AM WITH YOU DAVECAT. I LIKE TO FLY MY ROUTES RW AND DONT HAVE TIME FOR 12 HOUR FLIGHTS. A PMDG 757 WOULD HAVE OPENED MY WALLET GLEEFULLY. ITS EVEN HARD TO FIND 767 FLIGHTS FOR A THREE HOUR SESSION. I GUESS MY NGX IS A MAIN STAY. Vic green
September 8, 201312 yr And u know what I'm gonna do seirrahotel, I'm gonna also stop reading these forums course of people like you. The guy is asking a question course he is Curious. Some of these people on these forums, haven't your mom and dad told u if u ain't got something nice to say don't say it at all, what happened to respect. Now to davecat yes the level d airplane is nice but very outdated. But with the PMDG airplanes its not just the looks its overall system modling tha makes there airplanes so nice, Their support is also very good if u got a problem they will help you. Trust me, if u get the T7 or even the 737 u won't regret it, u won't even touch that 767 anymore. I am typing this on my phone and it's taking me forever, but I know somebody will chime in and give you more insight.

September 8, 201312 yr Well for one, a native FSX model that has no issues with the FS9 legacy menu's crashing FSX. I'd add the FMC data dump/engine double start bug in FSX Acceleration, but it does appear that this issue has actually been fixed. Eric Szczesniak
September 8, 201312 yr Trust me, if u get the T7 or even the 737 u won't regret it, u won't even touch that 767 anymore. ^This. Also the sound packs PMDG develops for their addons add so much to the experience. If I remember right the sound pack with the Level D was pretty bad. Matt Wilson
September 8, 201312 yr Davecat, I remember when the LevelD 767 came out in 2006. It rocked the flight sim world. I flew it extensively and still love it. The PMDG 777 is worth every penny because it is far more advanced in terms of systems and displays. The flight model is superb and you don't have to fly for 12 hours. Although unrealistic, I fly it everywhere I can as long as the runway is 7000 feet or longer. I would add that it is a joy to hand fly. I probably will not fly anything else for a long time. Just like I did with the 767. The 777 is beautiful and the sounds are superb. Don't let $89.99 block a great experience.
September 8, 201312 yr If you don't have the money, then stick with LVLD767. There are plenty of reading materials, videos, forum conversations and kudos on this PMDG777 that are enough for you to compare with a decision of your own. I have LVLD767 and been flying it for years... Since the released last Tuesday evening of the T7, i've done only two complete real time flights (FedEx from SFO to Nagoya and PANC to HKG) and i have just one word..."incredible" Kin M (klax)

Cheers, Brian L Robinson Flight Simmer since 1983 - loving the brilliant Quality Wings 787 and all PMDG models!!
September 8, 201312 yr My apologies smit107. I am sure you meant don't type in caps PLEASE. Vic green
September 8, 201312 yr LDS 763 was...WAS...a great jet for its time, circa 2006-2009, but the grafix, even with the 3d pit mod, no longer cut it.
