Without a doubt it is SunSkyJets Philadelphia Intl (KPHL).

I love ORBX Brisbane. I live about 20km from YBBN and go spotting there every week or two, so I am very familiar with the environment. It has all been recreated with amazing detail- all the way up to the little cement platform that was built for us plane spotters!

Thanks,

Kevin L

Beautiful airport and very well done.. It is one of the most challenging airports to land in.. RWY 27 has a parking garage that you have to fly over and basically drop out of the sky to land.. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed..

FlyTampa Dubai   (by a long way)

Wins because of the insane detail, the full citycsape, and the amazing performance.   It has everything you could want (except other high quality neighbouring payware airports!)

Runner up:   Aerosoft Norilsk....       Beautiful modelling, freezing frost all over the buildings, interesting place to fly, and great performance.

Aerosoft (A-flight) EFHK is one of the most realistic looking airports I own, surprised no one else already mentioned it but maybe it isn't "exotic" enough ;-)

I agree, it's one of Aerosoft's best.

Its interesting how different folks use different criteria for their favorite airport.

I picked PARO not because it has the best eye candy.. Actually it does not. Thai Creations could have done a much better job.. they are capable... Their VNKT (KAtmandu) and Mumbai are all good,.,...

I wish Fly Tampa or Aerosoft or FSDT would do PARO.  It deserves the full treatement. There are enough photogrpahs out there to do this without actually visiting PARO I would think.

I picked PARO because of the thrill I have in flying the Airbus (Aerosoft) or the PMDG 737 and trying to land there is one the most challenging  I found in FSX...and its thrilling.

LLH Courchevel and Lukla also gives me the thrills flying GA to these airports.

KASE (ASpen) is also good doing an IFR in an ATR or or the Cessna Citation gives me the same thrill.

I remember during the FS9 days, I used to love flying the default DC3 in Alaska with low visibility and heavy snow storm and wind  using nothing but NDB and try to land in thise mountaneous and trecherous airports... gave me the same thrill. That kind of stuff beats eye candy airport on a plane terrain any day. JMO.

And some FSX Videos as well

+1

And they have managed to make it that good with still very high performance. Great immersion when approaching in low vis.

Well, if I got it right so far it looks as though TNCM is a clear winner at 5 votes. EFHK and KIAD tied at second and KPHX, EGKK, OMDB, and VHHH all tied for third.

My Favorite Is KPHX, just love how the Southwest pilots jockey those B737-700s around like they are go carts.

FSDT Vancouver!

I don't have a scenery for mine, wish I did, but I am fully convinced that Pittsburgh International Airport (KPIT) is the best for me.  Night time approaches over the city can not be beat in my opinion, call me biased, but it will never get old for me.  My runner(s) up are Allegheny County (KAGC)..Again, call me biased, but the amount  of STAT MedEvac Eurocopters that go in and out of there will never get old.  Then, simply put, every FSDT scenery.

Am I supposed to put my overly priced and powered computer specs here? Sorry, I must have no tolerance for idiots who do that.

So when's the PMDG 777x gonna' be released?

Sorry you got your hopes up..But hey..Look on the bright side...It's not for FSX..
-Sincerely, Shawn O.

I should also put a call out for Cloud 9 Bergen (ENBR) which although about 5 years old, is still a ridiculously amazing looking airport, with everything that new releases have, including the visuals and performance.

FlyTampa is my fav airports developer and KTPA is my fav airport. That's because it's my area's Internatinal airport and I'm always flying out of there. It's simply stunning!

If I had to choose the best airport right now it has to be, LHBP by LH Sim.
