  1. Oddly enough, just did around an hour flight in the Aerosoft Airbus and it went fine, now nothing. Sitting at the gate for two minutes in the NGX, after two minutes and putting the irs to align, nothing. FSUIPC still picks up the fact that I have a throttle. But no joystick.
  2. Okay, wondering if you lot could help me here, seein' as how I'm at the end of the rope. I've tried just about every suggestion there is, short of going back to Windows 7, which is not an option for me. Heres the long and the short of it. When I start up FSX my joystick runs fine, as soon as I try to load into anything of detail I.E. the A3xx Series by Aerosoft, or the PMDG 737 after about around 2 minutes my joystick stops connecting to FSX...Mind you, it's still lit up and functioning via the control panel that Saitek provides, but it just won't work in FSX. I never had this issue when I used my xbox controller for flight. Weird thing is, when I go into my FSUIPC.ini the line [JoyNames] AutoAssignLetters=No 0=Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino Stick 0.GUID={C1C6E540-B6B9-11E4-8001-444553540000} 1=Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino Throttle 1.GUID={C1C73360-B6B9-11E4-8003-444553540000} is present for now, but if after I load into the NGX, and close out of flightsim, the ini deletes that line all together. I'm running Windows 8.1, and the X-55 Rhino. I've tried turning off the option that shuts USB ports off in favor of power saving, and I've installed the latest drivers. Anybody got any suggestions? Little side note before I forget, my joystick works fine in X-Plane 10. I hope someone has an answer here, because I know I didn't just spend 200 on a new joystick just to have it not work in my main flightsim.
  3. I guess I'll just add to the numbers here, but just putting it out there that, eve after un-selecting a lot of things in the config manager, installing the 'lite' texture pack, I still do not get the performance that I get at Dubai, or even FSDT's LAX, or DFW, which all three are bigger, and more complex then Toronto. I'm not necessarily disappointing over all, I really wasn't expecting the best performance from a scenery that comes with a 'lite texture pack'...But I was expecting at least Dubai's optimization...They just packed too much into this airport, which is nice for screenshots and all, not so great when I actually want to do flights into / out of the airport.
  4. Is your FSDT ORD ontop of absolutely everything? Also, have you made any tweaks to your FSX.CFG? If so, what ones?
  5. I guess you haven't been looking very hard...There a few repaints in the library for this combination.
  6. Through the support center.
  7. Children with too much time on their hands, that need to find a real job..
  8. Have you checked their facebook? They are working on the 300er at the moment, give them time, and PMDG themselfs will release info when they're ready!
  9. Saw a 747 going out of Miami going through some extremely low clouds, and saw this effect...It was the coolest thing I have ever seen
  10. Actually made me laught...Good one AJ.
  11. A little while ago, (they've since removed it from their facebook) they posted a picture of the PA A380 crappy FSX VC portover from FS9, with the black boxes around the knobs everywhere....Complete morons these ones...On a sidenote, bloody shame that NLS quit the production of their A380...It was so promising...
  12. You are aware the 300ER is accompanying SP1, right?
  13. Nice work Paulo, here is a quote from their facebook...
  14. Already said this, but if their products won't be compatible with FSX then they just lost a devoted customer. I will not spend....actually, I'm not too sure what the price for the 'normal' version of P3d is considering, there really is none..I can either spend 50 dollars, or 200.....Anywho, #p3dfanboysunite
  15. They are currently working on the 717 full steam from what I see..They also are possibly working on a classic 737?
  16. If you want one now, I agree with Aharon, if you want to wait...https://www.facebook.com/tfdidesign
  17. Just saw their screenshots for MCO, and...wow...amazing...Definitely will be buying.
  18. Considering PMDG isn't developing for P3d, not me..
  19. I don't have a scenery for mine, wish I did, but I am fully convinced that Pittsburgh International Airport (KPIT) is the best for me. Night time approaches over the city can not be beat in my opinion, call me biased, but it will never get old for me. My runner(s) up are Allegheny County (KAGC)..Again, call me biased, but the amount of STAT MedEvac Eurocopters that go in and out of there will never get old. Then, simply put, every FSDT scenery.
  20. Set your frame limiter ingame to unlimited, then see what that does.
  21. I think you people that post this month after month are in some kind of cult. Anywho...Because you don't come off as someone with the knowledge of the search function, here..http://qwsim.com/index.php/787-overview
  22. Yes there is truth to this. No you did not do anything wrong.
  23. Handle replied to JohnB777's topic in PMDG 777
I'm not sure how many times this has been answered...But I feel the need to quote the Introduction.pdf for the fiftieth time since it got released...I'll make it nice a big for you to understand it clearly.
  24. Are you running any programs with FS? Like Active Sky, anything like that? Has this happened before? And are you using ftx global or anything like that?
