May 25, 201412 yr Gearing up for KLGB release and wanted some AI ships for the harbor, anyone know what packages are required (and in what order) to get ships for the west coast? Is there a base package required to start out? I'd rather start small with just west coast North America and experiment with fps impact if possible. Ethan Edelson
May 25, 201412 yr I think they are all linked in the download section of avsim. I installed about 10 packages related to these and the patches yesterday. Seems to work well. Not that hard, just time consuming with the DL's etc. AND

November 22, 201411 yr Sorry to bring this thread up again. But anybody knows where to get support for this packages? Problem is that ships are all double: The .bgl fiiles are present only once Thx Edit: Just found out I could get rid of it by setting ship traffic to 0 and then up again! CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D not OC, MB: MSI Tomahawk B450, RAM: 32GB DDR 4 3600, GPU: Geforce 5070 Ti not OC, 2TB SDD, Res: 4K
December 7, 201411 yr Hi I did not se your post - you can normally find support at fsdeveloper.com and pilote-virtuel.com or in the e-mail included in the packages. The problem with the double ships is normally related to changing plane and if you computer is at hard work. Below some screenshots from the upcoming package which I expect to launch here on avsim.com before Christmas - the first shots here are with Paulo Ricardo's fantastic Fortaleza, Salvador, and Rio de Janeiro sceneries as backdrop. Best regards Henrik Nielsen, KL791 And here some more from Denmark and Hong Kong with Flytampa, Aerosoft Kiel and ORBX New Zealand
December 7, 201411 yr They look fantastic! I have all the packages installed, and always run Shipping at 100% - Paul Elliott http://www.avsim.com/topic/450607-amy-johnson-london-to-australia-attempt/
December 7, 201411 yr Thanks Soon you will have more; the new package will be the biggest so far and with that you will have more than 400 ships and full global coverage; once again a great number of people have contributed - especially Jean-Pierre Fillion and Knud Kristoffersen.
December 8, 201411 yr Thanks for all of your ship packages Henrik! They really add to the sim. I was taxiing at Haneda airport in Tokyo watching these huge detailed ships sail by. It was incredible! They also make flying in Scandanavia and other coverage areas a pleasant experience as well! Bill

December 14, 201411 yr Oh yes, flying out from Duluth, the Great Lakes look very empty! - Paul Elliott http://www.avsim.com/topic/450607-amy-johnson-london-to-australia-attempt/
December 14, 201411 yr Thanks Henrik, I've just installed your packages and they really add to the immersion of flying over the water. Steve Weeks
December 16, 201411 yr Commercial Member Hendrick, How are you my friend! Long time! Hope travel hasn't been too tough on you! Just wanted to let you know that all the guys in our group have been running your shipping during our world-wide shared cockpit flights (in the MD-80 and Dash 8/Q400 Professional), and your shipping is INCREDIBLE. It really adds to our immersion, given the pilot and copilot can see the same ships, same models, at the same places and traveling identically. I know this is just a part of our having our time sync'd up, but along with having identical weather, AI Aircraft and scenery, well, it really brings the realism home. Thank you my friend, for all your long hours, research, and for an excellent addon! Looking forward to you coming to fly with us sometime! December 21, 201411 yr Hello Hendrick, I´ve installed your AI-Ship Traffic 1. 63 AI Ships and AI Ship traffic for Europe and South America2. Patch for 63 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic3. 75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic4. AI Ship Traffic for North West Europe5. Patch for 75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic6. AI Ship Traffic For US East Coast V17. P3D Replacement effects for AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic8. 130 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic9. AI Ship Traffic Mexican Gulf and Caribbean Sea10. 130 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic - Patch/Fix in FSX and P3D V2.4. In my FSX installation all is very well an I have a fantastic ship traffic. In P3D unfortunately it isn´t the same. E. g. there are only 2 Ships on the way from Hamburg to the North Sea (in FSX 15 ships) and in the North Sea, in the aera from Wilhelmshaven to the Elbe estuary and around Helgoland only 4 ships (in FSX about 20 ships). Unfortunately the moving animations of all ships are also missing in P3D. Maybe someone has an idea what may have gone wrong during installation? Here some pics: Grüße / Greetings aus / from Hamburg (the most beautiful city in the world) Manfred
