Well done to your teacher, and to you for getting that correct. I know English can be a tough language to learn.

Even for some native speakers too !

Smoothness YES , FPS Not really just a 1-3fps increase

I actually get more like 5 to 6 fps increase on my machine, and, no more tearing of sky or black squares on the ground. So for £4 I'm very satisfied and FSX SE has now become my main simulator.

Reality Is For People Who Can't Handle Simulation!

I havent heard anything regard the cockpit geometry for the vc of the NGX in SP1d. Is this going to be changed? The windows are way to big and the overhead panel is places in a very weird flat kind of way.

When can we expect a full changelog of SP1d?

Too many FS clients. >.<
I personally only care about the core development of the 744v2 and am dissapointed it's being held up by people who use crappy steam editions, what's the purpose of Steam Edition? is it because gamespy went offline?
Thought anyone who flew advanced virtual jets shouldn't even bother with those hosts. I think priorities need to be shifted to that audience who like to simulate their flights, not just aircraft, realistically, on network like Ivao or Vatsim and that more should be done for compatibility with it i.e. datalink.
Sadly yes, economically wise that isa smaller targert audiance and I bet money lies in those steam babies.

It's been said however many thousands of times that this will not be fixed in SP1d, but is being looked at for SP2. SP1d is a minor update that mainly brings weather radar and FSX SE compatibility.

Attacking people using a specific sim and calling them babies? Is that a smart move? A lot of people have reported significant performance improvements over standard FSX. Why does that make them babies? I would've thought that would be the sensible choice if it works for them. We don't want your immature comments here, and we don't want you're attacking, targeted comments either. So please, be polite or move on.

Cheers,

Significant performance increase? I guess not accoarding to Nick_N you have link to posts that confirm such peformance increase, I really need to get updated.

A fair amount of people on the PMDG forums have reported a noticeable performance increase, although it does seem to be hit or miss with some people also reporting no increase or a decrease even. I guess it's a case of trying it out and seeing if it works for you.

I am a DVD customer but I don't want to use the FSX:SE version

Same situation here, bought it last week actually, and would like to know what's on the horizon.

The updates for the disc owners will be compatible with both FSX and SE.

Wonder if we will be notified through the Operations Center?

Interesting that in all SP1d previews you cannot see if the cockpit geometry has changed. Would be great if its included in SP1d.

Doesn't matter. Same installer. Think of it as SP1d updates that happen to have an FSX:SE installer option.

This has been asked several times here on the forum in multiple places: SP1d is a minor update. Updating the geometry would be quite a major undertaking, just like RTF legs and other things people keep asking about.

This is a minor update. Major updates will be looked at when we come around for SP2.

Kyle Rodgers

According to what Mr. Randazzo wrote on Feb. 8, it looks something more than just a very minor update:

"PMDG 737-8900NGX Base Package and PMDG 737-600/700NGX Expansion:

We are **just about** wrapped up with a pretty significant update to the NGX for both FSX and FSX:SE.

This is a free update for all registered users, and it will add a huge amount of fixes, updates, optimizations and new features to the entire NGX product line.  (Weather radar!)"

James Goggi

So, it will be a minor update, or an huge update like Mr Robert said ?

Now i don't understand, and according to Mr Robert, i think that the cockpit geometry would be updated/fixed (HUGE, means more than minor things)
