I'm assuming just re-download and re-activate?

Cheers, Rob.

Yep, and of course uninstall trainer v2 and download and install trainer v5

Flight1 says: uninstall current GTN and install new GTN.

You will be prompted to download and install the current (V5) Garmin trainer.

After uninstalling the old trainer and installing the V5 trainer the 750 GTN is no longer connected to the battery bus or the avionics bus.

How do you solve this problem ?

Did you also uninstall and re-install the GTN gauge?

Mine is still connected... (FSX version..)

If still problems, post in the Flight1 support forum!

Wow, I'm impressed with this version ... I don't recall the older versions of the 750 having this much functionality?  And the most impressive part is it's barely using any VAS, smooth, fluid, fast, no impact to FPS.

Who should I hug for this improvement?

Bravo.

Cheers, Rob.

Just a quick one guys, haven't updated to v5 yet but noticed the autopilot loses accurate tracking at 16x time acceleration on GPS mode after a minute, anybody else experience this?

Great information, thank you! I need some additional help on this.

I purchased the GTN 750 two weeks ago and using it because on of the planes I fly in real world has it installed. I also "updated" it to the database from last year. So now my question, I somehow couldn't figure out, how I get the update file. Also after creating a new account for the forum (the old log in probably had expired) the access to the forum is denied. I read somewhere that I need a moderators permission also. But how?

So my primary wish is to update, can someone please help me in how to do that?

Secondary question but not so important, how did you guys manage to have access to the forum about the Garmin GTN series?

Many greetings from Germany,

Manfred

One of my best sim investment for P3D now made even better.

Thanks to Tiberiu and Bert for this update. Also a big thanks to the developpers like Milviz and RealAir who smoothly intergrates this add-on to their panels!

I recall seeing some pics that you can do a dual install of GTN 750/650 together, but can't seem to find it. The 182skylane has been updated April 15th, so the new version should support this. Does anyone know where I can find that post with the screenshots?
