Perhaps the Ultimate Home Simulator?

A friend of mine shared a picture of his new home simulator. He lives in Las Vegas, and had a new addition to his home constructed, and commissioned this B777 "home cockpit". ~$600,000 including the building addition. It is run by six computers loaded with P3Dv4 (started with P3Dv3):

No, he has no wife at present. He owns a number of businesses but is not a real pilot. He has a lot of active and retired commercial pilot friends who are teaching him how to "fly" his modest simulator.

I've got to plan a vacation trip somewhere, maybe Nevada--does he rent this out when he's not using it?

Forever indebted to the late Michael Greenblatt of FSGS.

Very nice

I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

Wow!  I think I would need motion platform though.

10700k / Gigabyte 3060

Sour Grapes Alert!

What!  600K and NO motion platform!

Do you happen to know if those are behind screen projectors ... would love to see this in motion as I can't see any image overlap at all.

Very nice indeed.

Cheers, Rob.

I think that 600k is overpriced or not?

I would more spend on this one. LoL

Looks nice. But if you're going to dump $600k on this, and not go 6 DoF?

I could buy a Piper Arrow III with less than 3,000 hrs TT for 1/5th the price and have a moving platform.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

With VR, it will probably make a lot of these obsolete.

Only problem there is you will have ongoing costs each and every year, year in, year out. This is from an aircraft owner!
