I think that's the with-VAT price for your country.  I see it listed at 29.99 Eurogazinks and 9.99 for the upgrade.

I'm a little surprised

What was improved here, was added and new features if its a reason pay for update 12,3Eu? V5 and V6 its 64bit version also ... (not like big change from 32 to 64 bits and write the software again near from beginning)

Im user of full version of FSUIPC and its must be software simply for me but Id like to understand the reason of this fee better.

I've spend much more for much less ... So it is a no-brainer for me

I'm a bit surprised with the additional cost for the upgrade (10 Euro w/o VAT), considering that up to now, most add-ons developers have said most of their products will cost no more for the upgrade to P3Dv5.

Would like also to understand a bit more before going ahead.

I can never understand why folks expect people to work for free.

FSUIPC6 will come with a new installer that will
  - support both DLL.xml and add-on.xml integration methods
  - allow either a single or dual installation for those users running both P3Dv4 and P3Dv5
  - optionally install some additional freeware tools (the FSUIPC SDK, HiDScanner, FSInterrogate2)

None of those things warrant a major version upgrade but whatever. He should put a donation instead so people can pay as much as they want as many times as they want.

Disagree completely!  For many simmers FSUIPC is likely the most important 'addon' they have, and especially so for home cockpit builders. And the support provided via the FSUIPC forum is outstanding.  Frankly, I'm surprised the cost is not more.

Would you prefer a subscription?  Whilst FSUIPC was under my development responsibilty it underwent continuous development for many years -- the first 6 years actually being totally free.  A small upgrade price covering any continued improvements over the life of P3D5 seems ridiculously fair to me. (And it is still free to use its programming interface for free and shareware applications, not that I suppose anyone here really cares about those).
