April 22, 20206 yr My jaded response to this is that they will probably not release it soon enough for people who bought it on release date and are considering a refund. The deadline for this would be the 27th.

The deadline for this would be the 27th. I would think that the undecided would go ahead and ask for refunds if that is what they want to do. It is only fair to the developers. We have to be aware that LM only has a few Trillion dollars in their operating budgets per year and when one of us gets a $60 refund can play havoc on there 10-20 year business plans. I am sure that once the "27th deadline" passes then we will most likely get some news updates on the progress of their Martian Base plans. April 22, 20206 yr Do you think the hotfix will address the messy roads ? I (and others on various forums / threads) see roads that cover houses and buildings, honestly looks like a hodge podge of meaningless streets. I find it really terrible looking, and I wonder if either I've done something wrong or how to eliminate them. rgds, JB 9800x3d, ASUS TUF x870, 64GB G.Skill DDR5, MSI Ventus 4080, HP Reverb G2 VR, FlyVirtual.net, Private Pilot SEL rating, subLogic FlightSim 1983 & every release since

It depends on vector data an how good the LC data are defined. Only photoreal scenery is free of these issues. - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).

Here's a post from the LM forum on this: https://prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6312&t=137103 ...and LM's response: "The new data has lane sizes changing frequently and so the texture is changing when the lane is in the data. Unfortunately the color difference and width makes it look not so good there! We'll look at a couple ways to fix that in the future." This is a showstopper for me. I was flying around one of the Bahama's islands this morning, just loving the performance but expecting to see better ground textures now that I have installed Orbx Global and NA base etc etc. The roads haphazardly cover various aspects of the ground textures and it looks absolutely ridiculous. Wonder if my old copy of UTX would fix this. Or if I can figure out how to delete shut off their roads. rgds, JB 9800x3d, ASUS TUF x870, 64GB G.Skill DDR5, MSI Ventus 4080, HP Reverb G2 VR, FlyVirtual.net, Private Pilot SEL rating, subLogic FlightSim 1983 & every release since
