I haven't been to New York yet.

Visit it with PG active, then visit it with PG off, and look at tha' trees.......

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

This car is funny ...

Must be a NYC taxi.

Very realistic if you ask me! 🙂

Lol... so much for Asobo's PhD in botany that was meant to be working on the in game flora... Oh wait, he thought they wanted a PhD in gut flora... ah Ok that explains it... carry on. 🤦‍♂️🙄

I know this is a plane to have flying fun with, it was just the way a banking instantly freezes was not what I'd expect. A trained stunt pilot could do that I bet, or maybe this plane does that out of itself. If it banks like this, all the better, nothing said.

I'll get my copy of the sim anyhow ... it's revolutionary. It's a bit funny to see a car driving on the cable of a bridge, but all these lil creases will get ironed out, I hope.

Pretty good news about the specs above I think.

If he's running a 9940x and an RTX270, you could build that now for $2000. Getting 25-30fps on Ultra settings is excellent.

Just centralize the stick and it immediately stops the roll in these things.

This is NOT the LT but is not dissimilar in how it handles. Skip to 1:20 to see the roll capabilities.

Thanks for sharing that '2reds2wites'. It's valuable to have a real life pilot here to keep us with two feet on the ground.  Or wait ... 🙂

Btw, noticed that there was a big white line with a small downpointing arrow in the middle of it (the whole thing was in the center of the screen, upper half). Is that a ui indicator of the game downloading scenery? It's not present the whole time, and it was more often present in the video of the first video in NYC.

Maybe is MS leaking footage to get us hyped😅

Williamsburg Bridge, looking toward the Lower East Side of Manhattan. A zoomed satellite photo of that location show that while there are some trees in the strip between the river and FDR drive they are nowhere near as numerous, (or as thick), as in the screenshot.

The buildings appear very close to their real-world counterparts though...

Are we allowed to post links here to the leaks? I found another one I’m today, don’t want to post it if it’s not allowed though. It’s a vfr flight and it’s really good.

If you don't post the exact URL can you give us some clues?  Like is it on Bilibili,  search terms, etc 🤔

edit: oh haha, I just found a new one on Bilibili 😁

They keep hinting that they know about the tree issue and will fix it. But it's concerning at this point. It's not a deal breaker for me, as it's a relatively minor inaccuracy compared to what the current sims produce and I won't notice it in areas I don't know intimately, but still. They need to just reduce the size of the trees at least to mask the issue.

If it's the one on bilibili, 'turpentine' already pointed thatone out. If it's again another one, we're curious.
