It's probably a typo.

That was a great interview Chuck. Good questions and discussion without all the hype,  graphic fluff and obnoxious music that you find on many you tube videos. Thanks for doing it and posting. Jim Young would have been proud to hear that Avsim was Asobo's main source of feedback.

I don't understand the objection to dropbox either. You click the link and then click play. I guess it was one click too many for some.

What shone through from that interview was a genuine feeling of passion about what those guys have been doing, and a pride in their work. It must hurt somewhat when they read some of the more strongly-worded criticisms, especially before the product has even gone to market, but they were good enough to be tactful about what they've read and no doubt used it to a positive end.👍

I don't often quote an entire post for a one word comment but in this case

Ditto!

You have a valid point but that's not something I can do without a BOD meeting to discuss it , I can get it on the agenda for the next session, for the moment this is for Avsim's members .

Avsim really needs to get with the times. This is no way to run a site in 2020. There should be an active YouTube channel, Twitter and maybe even TikTok (until its banned). A BOD meeting to release an interview for one of the most anticipated sim products in a decade? This is painful to hear.

They like them trees big.

Oh funny 🐒, but the issue of tree scale was never raised. 🤦‍♂️

While opinions are welcome I suppose the finer points of working as a team of volunteers and opening an official channel in Avsims name is lost in the apparent passion we all feel  ,  we need to contain our anticipation of instant gratification occasionally and this is one of those times, Avsim is if nothing else a big group and that takes time to move

I get that but that is horrible for running a business based on producing content online in 2020.

Thank you for nice interview. I enjoyed it. Delivery method is another topic.

I'll tell you what happens on the 19th. Sales of GPUs, RAM and SSDs experience a spike all around the world. 🤣

As you well know, my heart is firmly fixed in the Flight Levels, however, I do remember puttering around in an old Champ, with my left elbow out the window... and I hope to do something like that again very soon.

Well, you do all of that and more, except for the "left elbow out the window" of course... 😜
