November 11, 20214 yr Can someone confirm successful takeoffs from ORBX Innsbruck RW26 please, currently a S7 and Transavia both taxi to hold short markers, but then slowly spin until at about right angles then disappear - respawn and process is repeated. not seen any landings yet either. Its almost a necessity when you have lots of AI traffic. I think that software still exists for p3d, though I never used it. In p3d I'm using supertrafficboard that manages flights, deletes those in conflict, and reduces the go arounds. And if I see only "black" airplanes landing without landing lights and without strobe lights, then I have to say "Yes I prefer the default airplanes over the AIG models"". Is that really a thing? Do the AIG models not use landing/strobe lights and/or use "black" airplanes?

Which makes an ai plane confused when it approaches the runway hold short line. Reading that imagine sim Atlanta is a prime example Ivan Majetic ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO; 7900X3D; NZXT KRAKEN ELITE 360, GIGABYTE RTX 4080; G.SKILL TridentZ NEO RGB DDR5 64 Gb, WD HDD 2TB, SAMSUNG 980PRO, SAMSUNG 970EVO Plus 2x, ALIENWARE 3423DWF

I'm sure its a bug they will correct soon enough Edited November 11, 20214 yr by Johnny19 Ivan Majetic ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO; 7900X3D; NZXT KRAKEN ELITE 360, GIGABYTE RTX 4080; G.SKILL TridentZ NEO RGB DDR5 64 Gb, WD HDD 2TB, SAMSUNG 980PRO, SAMSUNG 970EVO Plus 2x, ALIENWARE 3423DWF
November 11, 20214 yr Hi all I have installed the complete AIG package and everything seems to be running as well as it could be, given the limitations of msfs. ATC is constant chatter and thank God no more generic this and that. One thing I have noticed is the lack of planes showing on the vfr map compared to the controller map. Sometimes I see planes in the air close to me and yet they dont show up on the vfr map. also contails seem to be hit and miss. maybe its an msfs thing I dont know. In any event I look forward to the day when Live traffic will use AIG models and liveries to match the real time flights. Nice work AIG look forward to the future. November 11, 20214 yr My goodness this has instantly breathed so much life into the sim, and to think that it's not even nearly what it could / will be in the future...very exciting. I'm sure it's already been stated somewhere, but is there any timeframe for when GA traffic will be introduced? I love flying out of smaller regional airports and seeing some realistic smaller aircraft at them would be awesome. For the time being I'm considering just bumping up my AI Ground traffic a bit to at least get some static smaller aircraft on the ground. I suppose at larger international airports this could cause some issues here and there with overlapping models. But at small airports with no airliners, it should work pretty well.

I don't have the answer to the when, but I think ideally when Asobo gets around to fix live traffic (whenever that is) that would potentially sort out the lack of GA. If they can dial in the flightaware's data so it actually works flawlessly, that'd be huge. Jacek G. Kind regards, David UPDATE: The faulty folder on my side was maccosim-egcc version 2.1.0, Manchester airport from Macco Simulations. Removing it from the Community folder allowed AIM to run flawlessly without the infinite "load configuration" loop. Then I went on Macco Sim web site and downloaded EGCC latest version, v2.15, installed it back and all is fine.So make sure to update your addons within the Community folder if you encounter the same issue. Thanks again David, i shall try that tomorrow as it’s 2223hours down here in Western Australia. Appreciate your help very much. Regards Brian BJ from Oz

November 11, 20214 yr Thx so much AIG. This pushed the sim into new spheres. Amazing looking airports now Lukas Dalton

Some are missing, but one of the helpers is currently helping update the models. Edited November 11, 20214 yr by Tuskin38
November 11, 20214 yr Up and running and it looks great both offline and with the live traffic feature (which is the one I personally prefer of the two). Now if only we can get some model matching up so IVAO and VATSIM will use them as well.

The unfortunate part about live traffic is, it's still broken from Asobo and you will not see any outbound AI activities. Jacek G. November 11, 20214 yr Yeah I know thats a negative of couse but for me at least better for now than to have old 2018/2019 schedules. And I fly on VATSIM/IVAO most of the time anyway 🙂
