Henrik Nielsen's Global AI Ship Traffic for MSFS

Hi! Yeah, I just tried with the C152 and hit the same invisible wall, and this with an empty Community folder. It made no difference whether Crash Damage was on or off. So it seems to be a bug in the sim itself. I guess you'll need to report to MS/Asobo. I didn't try taxing or flying around the wall to see how far or how high it extended,

Between Orbx and flightsim.to, I've got every shipping mod available installed, and the settings are for 7%. Yet no shipping, what gives? Bijans boats show up, but no shipping.

Try South Beach Miami or look off the coasts of Monaco/French Riviera there is always ship traffic there.

If you see ships the mod is working fine.

I saw shipping visible in a vid about the new R44 3.0 release, at KORS. Just took off from KORS and no shipping. I'll just start worrying about other small problems and give up on this one.

Is there any way to disable the DEFAULT ships entirely - disable a traffic text file someplace perhaps?

I love Henrik’s ships...the default ones not nearly as much.

Do you have your AI traffic set to 6% ?  That is all that is needed for Henrik's wonderous mod to work and it keeps the default AI to a minimum.

Chris

It's hit or miss whether I see any ships around the South Carolina / Georgia Coast, but crossing the channel I always see them.

The potential for a land sea air versatile experience is there with MSFS. When solid operable boat/ship addons start dropping for this sim it's going to be an amazing experience.

I'm hoping devs like Deltasim Studios will return with modern MSFS level standard graphics for watercraft.

Pulling alongside one of Henrik's gigantic ships in VR is something to experience.

With usual delay... and sorry for the long silence, but I have a busy life besides this small ship project...

The implementation of effects is progressing and so is the GAIST Ultra - there will be around 200-250 new ships - below one of them NCL Alesund - hopefully as a Christmas present to the community.
