Looking great. Any chance of Cutter's Goose then?🤞

somewhere in the future, sure

All my FSX/P3D repaints are here on Avsim, for my MSFS repaints, go to FS.2

Excellent, I look forward to it.👍 It's not dramatically different from a default look, but would be nice with the appropriate weathering, and a nice bit of TV nostalgia.

Catalina Airlines over Catalina!  Been there in real life...its beautiful!  Wish I was old enough to have ridden this beast out to the island (I took the ferry, nice, but not as nice as flying)

Thanks for the great paint @jankees

It is sort of cool to spawn somewhere tropical like Key West and see a Grumman Goose randomly parked there as an AI aircraft.

Though seeing one at a remote desert strip in the Aussie outback 1000 miles from water occasionally is a little odd 😄

Getting that to behave differently would probably require some sort of editing of the parking spots in the scenery of every airport. However, I suppose a good work around if it bothers you would be install it twice and turn off the AI option in the second version and then select the one to enable in addon linker depending on where you are flying that  particular day.

Anyone know where some docks are located in default MSFS. Not the sunken ones 🙂 Let me know please!

Several useful locations at flightsim.to

OS:     Win11 Home; Mobo: Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4; CPU: Intel i5-12400 (Alder Lake) 4.4 GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 64Gb (4x16GB) 3600 MHz; GPU:  MSI Radeon RX 5700XT [8GB]

Sydney. I recall a sailing ship tied up to the docks there downtown.

Looks okay, but lots of issues.  The AP doesn't work, the radios don't work.  Even something basic like like the attitude indicator isn't correct, so I see no reason anything else should be.

it is an old airplane, you need to kick things and thump them to get them going.  🙂

On a more serious note, it is an import from an older sim and a WIP so it is what it is. If your personal standards are only to fly things that are 100% accurate give it a miss but I actually find it rather more fun than the Icon for water landings and love the big old radials.

Do WE really need an AP on every single possible aircraft?

You have to remember it is game not a sim ... in proper sims no-one ever uses AP .. oh wait ....

I agree with your sentiment. However, I enjoy watching the aircraft from the outside, and it's nice to have an AP so the plane doesn't spiral to the ground.

Yes, I know one can trim the controls so it doesn't wander off too much, but an AP is just super convenient.
