Basically this yeah. And the sharklets don't look good on Airbus anyway (ok, ok... debatable). May 13, 20215 yr When I saw the price I was initially going "no-no", but the jump ahead feature is worth gold to me! I thought FSLabs was never going to implement a feature like that, they seemed incredibly resistant to the idea. Very happy they came back from that. I just wonder if this feature will make it to the 'older' product lines, or will it be a SL exclusive? While the purists despise those kind of things, I cherish it. May 13, 20215 yr For me this is a good deal. I had wanted to get the A321 anyway at some point, but most airlines I fly in the sim have either sharklet-only A321 fleets (Delta, Vueling, jetBlue,...) or mixed ones (American), so I decided to wait and see what they were going to offer... I kind of expected that you‘d need the regular A321 for the SL variant, but nope! So for 80 bucks I get an A320 and A321 with sharklets, the EFB, and some additional features. That is all right.
May 13, 20215 yr The pricing structure completely benefits someone who does not have the standard A321. Not so much for current A321 owners.

May 13, 20215 yr Just in time: I've ordered a new rig that should be up to the task. Now I need another $270* just for these beauties. *$140 for base model, $50 for the A319 and $80 for the A320/A321 sharklets. I don't care about the A321 Wing Tip Fence (as they call it in their forums hehehe). May 13, 20215 yr Pretty good value for what it is to be honest. It is the best Airbus you can get for a PC sim. Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

May 13, 20215 yr I was somewhat skeptical of the cost and time to roll out this update. I've only had a chance to play around a little bit in the EFB. But it's clear this is a very very deep EFB that far exceeds anything we've seen before. I really hope we don't have to wait too long for the A319 to get the efb considering it's my favorite airplane in the family. Even if it doesn't get the sharks, I just want the efb in it. 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
May 13, 20215 yr If you have bought the A321 from them recently this feels like a massive slap in the face from FSL. Specs: 11900K (5ghz), 64GB ram 3600mhz, RTX 3080 ti

A321 was released, what, 18 months ago? At $59. And the A321SL comes in a bundle making it effectively $40. So even cheaper for more innovation, and for one of the best sims you'll get outside of hitting up a Level-D sim, at a cool $500/hour? FSL offer monstrous value for money, IMO, especially for us mere mortals with desktop sims. Karl Brooker
