Interesting... then why did they post that nonsense earlier today about "if you need GTN/GNS, don't upgrade to 5.2"?

Probably because earlier today it wasn't.

But now it is...

Looks like the end is near for the Flight1 GTN Products.

This has been posted in the product page on the Flight1 website.

Important Information on the GTN/GNS Complete Series Products

The developers of the GTN Complete and GNS Complete products have informed Flight One Software that they have stopped active development on these products. As a result, we will discontinue sales of these products after the close of business on June 30, 2021. This decision is beyond Flight One Software's control. Updates and support for the GTN Complete and GNS Complete will end December 31, 2021. The developers will update for P3D v5.2 compatibility. Previous purchasers will still be able to re-download their purchases in their Flight1 Agent libraries.

PC- AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, 64gb 6400mhz RAM, Nvidia RTX4090

Probably the developer is not interested. Maybe he goes to MSFS ?

It's worthy of note, then, that RealityXP's Garmin addons (GTN750/650 and GNS 530/430) are still being actively developed and are on sale through the end of the month...$35 for the first one, and $25 if you buy the second unit in the series (e.g. GTN 750 and 650 together or GNS 530 and 430 together)

Just thought the same ... ending support and updates within half a year is not very user friendly.

I haven't bought his GTN750 for MSFS - currently there is no cockpit integration, so it's an external app only. Good to know. I won't EVER buy it now. He ditched support for the latest Garmin trainer and now bowed out completely. I only bought it in January of this year. Thankfully, I bought my GNS units from RealityXP. Looks like it's time to switch to them for GTN too.
