Backing up community folder before I download...with my 500/50 mbps fiber connection I guess i'll finish downloading in less than hour

750/500 fiber here. I'm 1 hour 37 minutes in, at 72%. Most of the time it just says - Please wait ...

Anyway, the mere fact that thousand of grown ups are looking at the progress bar instead of spending time elsewhere  like bunch of stupd teenagers is a good sign of the potential  of this sim. XD

A reflection of his mood and displeasure 😀

There is honestly no point in getting annoyed because you can't download.  The entire FS world is FOMO'ing right now, so just chill.

Gigabit connection here, but mostly "please wait"..

I'm downloading at 1.5 Mbits seconds out of a 50 mbits connection. Eastern Canada. Painful.

After 8-10 minutes it finally loaded the Update screen and now is reloading the ENTIRE sim AGAIN.

Did you check if the folder it selected was the same one you installed to before? It might have reset the location.

Just remember this is only a game.

Patience is a virtue.

Get outside and breath the smoke filled air.

Mine went through 3 restart and 2 CTDs. But now it finally seems to be slowly updating.

I am sure in a while it will all be a distant memory.

I am currently at 10% in the INSTALLATION MANAGER.💤

While i agree with the sentiment, i think calling us "grown up" is pushing things a little  😄

I checked and it looked the same. I have it installed to default folder on c:/ drive
