I can't get the update... it keeps saying I have no internet and that I have logged out of Xbox... cool.

Yeah, i'm stuck on this loading screen with a full bar. Apparently some X-Box players are as well (I'm not on X-box, Steam here). Apparently server issues prevent you from actually getting to the main menu lol

Nope! Absolutely fine here.

Another great idea to have everything at the same time... downloading at about 10% of my bandwidth...update today play tomorrow.
