Thanks for the report.

I just completed a short flight and still the departure and destination airports don't show up in the World Map History list. Is there something I need to do to activate this feature?

A related question, my History lists seem to be fixed at 3 airports each. Does the size of these lists adjust assuming History is working?

And does anyone know where the airport history info is stored?

Thx,

Al

It is working here. I did a couple of flights yesterday to airports in Canada I had never been to before, and they both show up in the history list today (post-SU6). This indicates the history was still being stored (somewhere) all along - just not displaying after SU5.

I do only see three entries. It may have always been that way, I really can’t remember, since it has been quite some time since it last worked.

Was waiting to see if it was just me, guess not.

Pretty lame. Seems to coincide with scenery loading in. Other than that, this was the easiest and fastest update install so far.

It normally shows three entries (the last three, when it worked).

You're using DisplayPort? DisplayPort 1.2 doesn't support HDR10. I'm not sure if DP 1.4 does, or which one your GPU would have (is there more than one DP that could be different versions?) Anyway, it could be your issue. Can you try HDMI to HDMI instead?

Make sure its HDMI 2.1  at 48 Gb/s.

Things will straighten out once Mrs. Slocombe finds her p.. on second thought, I’d better not go there!

Once the server issues are sorted, and my sports viewing is over, I'm free to download the update!😊

I wonder if they took these servers offline on purpose to update them. There was all sorts of weirdness happening to ATC and weather over the last several months. Maybe they took this opportunity to address this finally.

Same "Authentication Service Is Unreachable."  Since my internet connection is fine, I assume it's at Microsoft's end.

All I'm getting now is:

>WARNING

Connection Lost - Please ensure you have an active internet connection, and check the forums for additional information. The system will attempt to reconnect regularly.

That's the message I'm getting, except for "Authentication Service Is Unreachable" in the header.

We are currently aware of an online services outage impacting player ability to use live weather, traffic, and other online functionality. This also affects players’ ability to download Sim Update 6. The team is investigating, and we hope to have a solution and return to normal service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
