The World Map airport history function was supposed to be fixed, but does not seem to be working for me. Or maybe I don't understand what has to happen for the departure and destination airport history to be recorded. For example, do you have to actually finish a flight, or is just loading the a/c onto the departure runway sufficient?

Thx,

Al

To complete my sad story above, I discovered the airport Departure and Destination History function does not work if I have Developer Mode on. Turning off Developer Mode solved the airport History problem for me.

Did it ever? Dev mode certainly doesn't save a flight in the logbook so I'd have assumed it doesn't save Dep & Dest either (though I've never had cause to check that).

Update servers still not working after what...7 or so hours. How is it possible to *$%^#@ up every update so badly?

I have just restarted the in-game 8 GBish update and it has updated 1 GB and continuing, so server issue may be resolved?! (Clutches rabbits foot, kisse 4-leaf clover, closes eyes)

...2GB...3GB...4GB...5GB...6GB..and done.

...and server back offline...lmao!

...and back online.

Don't know if the airport history function ever worked with Developer Mode on, and I have never bothered with the logbook (did enough of that in real life).  Because the SU6 update notes said the History function was fixed, I have been trying to figure out why it did not work for me after the update, but did for others.  Developer mode on was the problem, at least in my case, so I just wanted to pass that info on since I saw a few others were still having a problem with the History function as well.

I have been running the update without interruption for 10 minutes now as the NHL game I was watching is over and I'm managing to watch the baseball without bandwidth issues.

The Wild/Jets game was fantastic.  Wild win.  Thanks Microsoft for the server issues. 🤣

Lucky you! Poor Marc-Andre Fleury must have felt hung out to dry tonight. And the baseball's not as comfortable viewing as last night...🥴

Oilers v. Ducks is going back and forth, and I’ve been watching hockey for almost five hours. Nothing beats the NHL.

Cheers, Pete

As a Hawks fan I’m starting to think this is gonna be a long season.

Certainly looking that way. So little of the Core left. Playoffs already looking a stretch. Rebuilding it is. But then the same looked to be the same for the Red Sox, and look where they are now.

Evidently I picked an excellent week to be out of town.
