If you look in a certain direction, for example on the radios - and then toggle trackIR off so you can adjust things, the camera centers view. And now I'm hearing this was reported as a bug in the beta, and Asobo didn't care. November 18, 20214 yr Regarding TrackIR Changing assigned button in Natural Point does not help. Removing F9 assignment in Sim does not help(is bound to IFR camera view) Assigning F9 as toggle Head Tracking on off in sim works, but there is still a bigger bug: Whenever you look at something, and pause TrackIR (F9), the camera snaps back to center. Meaning this is useless. This was reported in Beta, Asobo launched it anyway. This is a hard coded bug, it's not a change in assignments. Sim is now useless for me. I think it has to do with the way they initialize their sounds, that's when the crashes occur. Well working fine here, but then again I have setup different cameras, so center of trackir is in my case not an issue... 🙂 André

After using it for years it would be impossible to fly without it. Hearing of this has me worried I’ll also have to shelve MSFS because it’s so engrained in my flight sim experience. I really hope they release a hotfix, but it appears Asobo knew and just released the update anyways. yikes.

I want to look at something naturally, pause the movement, and be able to click the radios or autopilot or whatever. Not having to switch cameras back and forth. I've been doing this since 2006 in all sims from then to now. And it's been working perfectly. It even worked great when MSFS first launched. Now they've broken it, knowingly. November 18, 20214 yr External camera instruments are back on - I haven't found a way to turn them off. I went into the chase options (used to be a HUD setting) but it is gone. Has anyone found a way to turn this back off? Randall Rocke
