Nope, it is just awful!

Turn your photogrammetry off. You won't miss it as much as you think, and no more melted buildings.

I don't see this very much at all but about 80% of the time I'm IFR and getting up to altitude pretty quickly.  Bandwidth around 400mbps.  I marvel at just how phenomenally good most metro areas are, even here in KC, Missouri:

Go and fly in the Los Angeles area - somebody left the freezer door open!

@OP - You'll soon get an option !

I gave up a month ago - and I can't say I was even experiencing half of what you describe, but I had enough of a bit of other details that really killed my ineterst and expectations for MFS,  for good.

Yet you return to read a forum on a game you no longer play and apparently have no intention of returning to. May I suggest you invest your time a little more productively?

It is off - I was letting the OP know it was nothing to do with his bandwidth.

Dunno if this is relevant. But for people having problems with updates getting stuck, try and go into settings in the sim and turn the bandwidth to unlimited even if you have slow internet. Had that issue always, my updates got stuck. I even subscribed to netlimiter and that also fixed it but i had to set it to 1000kbs speed to get my download so it took way to long, but it worked. But after I set unlimited in bandwidth settings in the sim, never had any issues with updates getting stuck...

Store version?  If so, get the Steam version for far fewer headaches.

Yeah I bought it from the store for over £100 and you think I should buy the Steam version as well? the Steam version has just as many complaints and even the latest Xbox don't play right, it's a bag of word not allowed!

This thread is almost 2 years old, what are you trying to prove?

You waited 596 days to reply to your own question. No offense but how does that work?

It just takes some people that long to remember that they have a burner account... 😄

This is exhausting. Why do all flight sims have to be a full time job?

You could try using MSFS in shorter sessions, to stop exhaustion setting in.
