February 11, 20224 yr Hi, I will say that i have googled alot and some VR users have found issues with software that consistently have simular stutter as i have with SU7 (didnt see that with SU6) every minute. I have tried alot inclusive excluding flightsimulator.exe as a process . NV Controlpanel go through. Window and full screen mode , only game mode off as GPU ACC. (simlink off as well) Any ideers ? February 12, 20224 yr I have started to get the same problem very recently. On one flight, I had a 1 sec pause every 10 seconds or so. Needless to say, I kept going just so that I could investigate. I killed all other foreground and background tasks. The task manager showed my CPU was never loaded more than 20% and I saw no spike on other lines during the pauses. Better today but my fps drops now and then from 30 to <20 for no apparent reason, then recovers within a few seconds. Any clue as to what we should look for? I am NOT on VR. I never use live wx. February 12, 20224 yr Same problem ... i've never had this problem before but, probably after WU8 update, i've periodically stutters (with CPU spikes to 100%). Any idea? Stefano
February 12, 20224 yr In my case, the CPU never spikes and remains fairly stable around 20%. Maybe a different problem?

I seem to have more stutters with it than before. Reducing the terrain LOD and off screen loading appear to help somewhat, which supports the notion that the terrain engine is more easily overloaded after WU7.. February 14, 20224 yr Does this happen with every plane you fly? I have this problem with the FBW (dev and exp). An apparent stutter (micro pause) every 20 to 30 seconds. Can't figure out what it is. Every other plane is completely stutterless. Smooth as can be. Only the FBW A32NX stutters like this.

February 17, 20224 yr Commercial Member Just started to get this exact problem. Only thing would be FBW that I can think of.

What is different about this "stutter" is that the sound cuts out as well. Yup, I've had to dump all the freeware mesh from .to and even my Taburet Hawaii mesh. The only meshes that don't cause stutters are Orbx ones and they are now showing a lot of morphing in places where they were as good as morphing free pre the last word update.
